A&E will run a marathon of the actor's last series "The Beast" on Wednesday starting at 2 p.m. and a special presentation of "Bio Remembers: Patrick Swayze" at 10 p.m.
Spike TV will air the cult classic film "Road House" Saturday at 10 p.m.; and Hallmark Movie Channel HD will run showings of the 2004 miniseries "King Solomon's Mines" on Saturday at 6 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.

NEW YORK -- Hallmark Channel announced its original programming slate, which includes three miniseries and two movies, at its upfront presentation Wednesday in Manhattan. The miniseries, each of which is two episodes of two hours, include King Solomon's Mines, which stars Patrick Swayze in a romantic action-adventure set in 19th century South Africa. Mines airs in June. The miniseries La Femme Musketeer, also scheduled for June, is a twist on the 17th century French story with a cast including Gerard Depardieu, Michael York and Nastassja Kinski.
