Sex & Nudity

  • Occasional references to a character being a "slut"/"tralk" (in alien language).
  • Some scenes of bondage/BDSM (one with a character being under the influence of a drug).
  • A scene of sexual assault is played for laughs.
  • One scene has Chiana ask a 13 year old boy why he hasn't had sex yet, out of curiosity.
  • Frequent sexual references, occasional scenes of sexual activity with no nudity. Implied oral sex offscreen in a few scenes.

Violence & Gore

  • Mostly mild sci-fi violence. Some episodes feature more gruesome scenes including burned and melting body parts, beheadings, and loss of limbs.
  • Some scenes in which sexual assault is suggested. One of these scenes is sexual assault on a male character.

Profanity

  • Moderate language such as "bitch", one "shit" in the episode "The Locket," and some crude dialogue. Most profanity is substituted with made up words e.g. frelling.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Characters sometimes get drunk or high on (fictional) drugs. One character uses a drug from her sweat to seduce male characters.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Certain animatronic characters are gruesome, some being genetic anomalies or characters made up of different alien body parts.
  • At times the show can be very dark, intense and suspenseful. Some major characters are killed.

Violence & Gore

  • One episode "Home on the Remains" has one small scene of an alien's hand melting off with skin coming off and with bloody result.
