Theresa Nist Under Fire For ‘Trash’ Post
Theresa Nist decided to get a little spicy on social media this week. Instead of her usual positive posts, she wrote about taking out the trash. Literally.
She shared several photos of the process of dumping her office trash can. The caption seemed to mock the media covering her every move since last month’s announcement that she and Gerry Turner were divorcing. The couple got married in January 2024, but called it quits just three months later.

From ABC to Bravo, Salley Carson is making big moves in the reality TV world.
It isn’t surprising to learn that Salley will join Season 10 of Southern Charm. She is now based in Charleston, South Carolina.
During Season 2 of Southern Hospitality, Salley worked at Republic (the lounge owned by Southern Charm’s Leva Bonaparte). She had a little thing with Joe Bradley, though it didn’t last long.
She attempted to play him by lying about kissing Tj’s roommate, Gaston. It had all the makings of juicy drama, which is likely why Bravo moved her to the main show and didn’t keep her on the spin-off.
However, before appearing on Bravo, she was a part of Bachelor Nation.
That’s right. Salley made a name for herself on The Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise, and the impression wasn’t great either.

As Hollywood’s historic double strike rages on, major TV broadcasters are entering the fall with adjusted schedules, leaning on everything from international acquisitions to unscripted and sports as the labor dispute takes traditional scripted programming off the table.
When the onset of the writers’ strike in May coincided with the 2023-2024 upfronts season, networks cautiously began unveiling their fall slates, with the exception of Fox’s delayed schedule. Many changes followed over the summer months as the dispute continued and SAG-AFTRA joined the WGA on the picket lines in July.
Given that reality TV was the saving grace of the 2007-2008 WGA strike, many broadcasters previewed unscripted and sports galore for their next season’s lineup. ABC announced franchise spin-off “The Golden Bachelor,” CBS expanded “Survivor” and “The Amazing Race” to 90-minute-episode seasons. It's been a long, long time coming. But when Dotun Olubeko dropped on a knee to propose to Charity Lawson (adorably at her height level), I smiled. Then I cried. Then I texted my mom and friends I knew who were watching "The Bachelorette" (and those who stopped watching the franchise because they gave up on seeing a Black love story seasons ago). And then I rejoiced with Black Twitter, finding our way together to celebrate this historic moment in Bachelor history.
I've been a Bachelor franchise viewer for about a decade, and although I have seen mixed-race women who look like me on the journey to find their partners, inclusive representation was lacking. The time for a beautiful, melanated Black couple - a gorgeous lead in Lawson and every bit the prince charming in Olubeko - has been way overdue. My joy stemmed from young people with skin as...

If you are part of Bachelor Nation, you absolutely know that the winning duo is one of the strongest couples to come out of the dating franchise in over two decades.

In the end, after many tears, Lawson was ultimately set on Olubeko and they became engaged. In the process, she broke Graziadei’s heart, but again, he now has his own show, so everyone ended up a winner.

A trailer for the upcoming season was revealed during last night’s Bachelorette Season 20 finale, which promised plenty of drama, beachside romance, a wedding, and… a “poo baby?” That’s right, at one point in the teaser, a medic arrives at the beach to help with “a serious medical emergency.” It’s then revealed that one contestant hasn’t pooped in nine days. “There’s still no movement, so tomorrow at sunrise, we’ll have to deliver almost like a poo baby,” the medic tells the unfortunate contestant. Elsewhere there are copious amounts of flirting, tears, and emotional breakdowns. There are also a bunch of familiar faces, including four former Bachelorettes, Hannah Brown, Rachel Recchia, Katie Thurston,...

“The Bachelor” franchise is moving to Thursdays this fall, and that includes a new season of “Bachelor In Paradise.” And if the first trailer for Season 9 is any indication, Thursday nights will be more dramatic than ever.
