Rena is told she will be driven to L.A. to catch a plane to South America. Thomas Malone meets his son at this Los Angeles airport then drives away; a stranger following him. Yet the next day's newspaper report of his death states that he was found near Detroit's Municipal Airport after driving from the airfield.
The child chases after a "monkey" into the jungle, but it is actually an ape, as it has no tail. Apes don't exist in South America.
The presumably Panamanian (or other foreign) "Aerea Pan Latina" DC-2 aircraft shows N39165 as the registration number on its body. This is an error as Panamanian aircraft of that era had the prefix HP followed by three numbers; e.g., HP001-HP999. All N-prefix registration numbers are only for U.S. aircraft.
A Douglas DC-2 carried a maximum 14 passengers. That plus any baggage or freight aboard could max at 6,100 lbs. So, stripping this plane down to nothing but 4 people and a child in order to take off would seem to be overkill. And taking off in mere seconds from rocky, uneven ground in a jungle also strains credibility. Planes need flat-surface runways (manmade or natural) for enough time and room to increase their needed airspeed for lift-off.
After Vasquel walks away from the group around the fire pit, the following shot shows him apparently taking a leak. However, this is not a Goof, as men occasionally do have to urinate.
In one of the scenes just before they attempt to take off, Jud (Robert Ryan) recovers the pistol from a Pete's (Jesse White) dead hand and hands it to Vasquel (Rod Steiger). During the hand-off, Jud accidentally hits the arrow in the back of Pete's back, and the end moves a few inches, as it's just a prop taped to his back.
When Boswick hands Tommy his milk carton at the airport, it's obvious that there is paper wrapping to hide the label. The carton begins to slip down through the paper just before the scene cuts away.
A revolver's round or cartridge refers to the entire package of bullet, gun powder/propellant, casing, and primer. Once fired, only the empty casing and spent primer remain.
When Vasquel checks the revolver's cylinder close to the end of the movie after the plane has taken off, there are clearly only two rounds left, as the other four chambers are empty (it is a six-shot revolver). This is done for effect, however, since he had only minutes earlier accidentally shot Jud in their struggle, the empty/spent cartridge would likely still be in one of the other chambers. In fact, all four of the empty/spent cartridges would likely still be in their respective chambers in the cylinder as there would have been no reason to remove them since there was no spare ammunition.

Lighting and camera crew are reflected in car windows as the car drives away from airport.
