Chapter nine: As the ranch hands are turning the cattle around, you can briefly see the tracks of the camera truck.
In Chapter: 12, when Red calls Silent Slade a 'Left Handed Monkey Wrench', he couldn't possibly know this saying. This saying didn't exist until 1884. First used as a 'fools errand' on navel ships, said to rookie sailors to find.
The term 'rodeo' was first used in the 1920's. In this movie time frame they would have been calling it 'a stampede'. Instead they call it a rodeo. Probably because everyone watching this movie wouldn't know what the cowboys were talking about if they said they were going to a stampede.
In Chapter: 7, when the cougar leaps from the rock, a dog can be seen right behind the cougar. This cougar (and dog) later appear in The Big Cat (1949) (1949).
In Chapter: 11, during the rodeo you can see load-speakers and hear the announcer person calling out the rodeo events. This is suppose to be before electric usage.
In Chapter: 12, during a gun fight between Slade and Portos gang, window glass shatters, but no shots are fired.
In Chapter: 7, the cougar's handlers arm can be seen in the upper right of the screen motioning for the cat to run away.
In Chapter: 12, during the gun battle, you can see camera crew reflected in broken window glass.
Chester Gan is called Wing in this movie (uncredited as Wing), but in chapter 15 foreword is called "Wong".
