Actor, songwriter ("Christmas Eve"), composer and author Carleton Carpenter, was educated at Bennington (VT) High School. He appeared on Broadway, in "Bright Boy", "Three to Make Ready", and "John Murray Anderson's Almanac," and on television, and made many records. Carpenter wrote special material for Debbie Reynolds, Kaye Ballard, Marlene Dietrich and Hermione Gingold, and also scripts for films and television. Flemming Oluf Quist Møller was born in Taarbæk, Denmark. He is a danish director, cartoonist, children's author, drummer, screenwriter, and actor. As a director, he started with small experimental animation, often in collaboration with Jannik Hastrup. He made contributions as a children's author, and in a totally different ballgame, he was co-author of Anders Refn films such as Strømer (1976), The Heritage (1978) and Black Harvest (1993). Møller was a percussionist in Bazaar with Peter Bastian and Anders Koppel. In 1994 Quist Møller received a Bodil Honorary Award for his total stake in Danish film. He died from a heart attack at the age of 79 on January 31 2022 in Copenhagen.- Director

He left his hometown and established himself in a tiny apartment in Manhattan, New York City, that he called "Les Folies des Hommes." He performed in drag shows and as a male dancer in night-clubs, namely the infamous Club 82. He graduated from the Parsons school of design, and worked professionally as a window-dresser, costume designer and free-lance photographer. From 1963 to 1967, his photos were published in a range of Physique magazines, namely The Young Physique, Muscleboy, Demi-Gods, and Muscle Teens. He did two short films for the Carpezio shoes company, to advertise their models. He met Robert as a photo model, named him Bobby Kendall and actually lived with him during most part of the filming of Pink Narcissus (1971), from 1964 to 1969. Blues guitarist Jimmy Johnson was born James Thompson in 1928 in Holly Springs, MS (his brother, Syl Johnson, is also a well-known blues musician). He grew up listening to and singing gospel music. As a young man he moved to Memphis, TN, then in 1950 he relocated to Chicago. Not long afterwards he was drafted into the army, but he wanted no part of military service and eventually received a dishonorable discharge. Returning to Chicago, he got a job as a welder while playing music on the side. In the early 1960s he formed an R&B band and played the Chicago club circuit. In addition, he worked as a sideman for such notables as Tyrone Davis, Albert King and Sunnyland Slim.
In 1974 he joined the Jimmy Dawkins Band and switched from playing R&B to Chicago blues. In 1976 he formed his own band, and later recorded four tracks for the legendary blues label Alligator Records, which led to a recording contract with Chicago's Delmark Records. His 1978 album for that label, "Johnson's Whacks", was a critical and financial success. His 1980 ballad "Ashes in My Ashtray" won the W.C.
