Multiple Emmy award winning title designer Phill Norman passed away on July 11, 2009 in Los Angeles at age 74 after a short illness. His career spanned 50 years, with credits including main titles for television franchises "Charlie's Angels" and "Dynasty", and movie titles for Out Of Africa, On Golden Pond and Ordinary People.
