Composer and teacher, educated at Princeton University (BA, Ph.D) and the University of Illinois (MM) and a music student of Milton Babbitt and Roger Sessions. He was a research chemist at DuPont for four years, and an associate professor of music and director of experimental electronic and computer music at the University of Illinois.- Jean-Didier Wolfromm was born on 21 May 1941 in Paris, France. He was a writer, known for Diane Lanster (1983), Double jeu (1991) and Caractères (1990). He died on 26 January 1994.
- Born in Naples, however moved almost immediately to Nocera Inferiore in the Campania region, where he spent most of his childhood and youth, before moving briefly to Milan and once again settling in Naples until his death. He is buried in Nocera Inferiore, where he grew up and was a great inspiration for many of his novels.
- Aleksey Samoryadov was born on 5 July 1962 in Orenburg, Orenburg Oblast, RSFSR, USSR [now Russia]. He was a writer, known for Dikoe pole (2008), Gongofer (1992) and Dyuba-Dyuba (1992). He died on 26 January 1994 in Yalta, Ukraine.
