A notable showmance was featured on the Summer 2017 season of Big Brother.
Jessica Graf, a VIP concierge from Los Angeles, and Cody Nickson, a construction sales representative from Texas, hit it off quickly.
There was romance in the air that season, as three relationships developed as alliances formed within the cast.
In addition to Jessica and Cody, Elena Davis and Mark Jansen also developed a relationship in the house.
They weren’t the only ones, as Raven Walton and Matt Clines also got close. This was also the summer where Paul Abrahamian from Big Brother 18 returned.
Would any of those relationships last once the cast stepped off the stage on finale night? Only one.

The Amazing Race has featured hundreds of couples over its 34 seasons, and many have gone on to win the competition. Regardless, competing for $1 million while racing around the world can be the ultimate test for seeing if a relationship has what it takes to go the distance. Sometimes the CBS reality series strengthens a couple, and other times it highlights their flaws. How did Henry Zhang and Evan Lynyak’s relationship fair after The Amazing Race 30?

The Amazing Race fans met Henry Zhang and Evan Lynyak during the season 30 premiere. CBS marketed them as the “Dating Debaters” (or “Team Yale”) because they met while attending Yale University and joined the debate team their freshman year. At the time of the race, Henry and Evan were both 22 years old and management consultants.

Expect the unexpected has become the catchphrase for Big Brother — but occasionally, host Julie Chen Moonves likes to use it to describe herself.
Case in point: Shortly after her husband Leslie Moonves stepped down as CEO of CBS Corp. in 2018, the Big Brother host surprised everyone by using her married name to sign off from the Sept. 13 episode. “I made the change on the fly on a live show in the spur of the moment,” Chen Moonves recalls to Deadline. “I didn’t tell anybody. I was like toying with it and I remember my heart racing while I thought, ‘am I gonna do it?’ It just became a moment.”
Even her husband was surprised by his wife’s sudden about face on camera, particularly since she had been using her maiden name on Big Brother since 2000. “I think he was just like, what happened?” she recalls. “When I married my husband,...

Depending on how you feel about showmances on “Big Brother,” one of the good/bad things about an all-stars installment is that most of these houseguests are older (you can debate whether they’re “wiser”) and probably married with kids or in a long-standing relationship (sometimes with people they had met in the house), which means there’s less of a chance of a showmance blooming.
There hasn’t been one (yet) on Season 22 — though some are trying to make Da’Vonne Rogers and David Alexander a thing, but it’s fetch — but let’s look back at some of the most memorable showmances in “Big Brother” history, some of whom are still together.

With rumors swirling that “Big Brother 22” will be cast entirely with veteran players, we’re left pondering who from our favorite seasons could come back and what aspects do we consider worthy of a return? Do we bring them back for their likeability or because we love the drama they bring to the house? Have they won before and we want to see how they match up against other winners? Or was their time cut short and we think they deserve a second chance? There are many reasons why a player should come back — and now that we’ve all had our own experience with what it’s like to live a quarantined life, perhaps we’ll appreciate this season even more.
Scroll through the photo gallery above to find out which 12 females we’d most like to see play again and then sound off about any others you’d prefer to watch instead.

The world is waiting for Tangela, but they are waiting for “The Amazing Race.” “Big Brother 20” power couple Tyler Crispen and Angela Rummans say they would absolutely race around the world if they get the call from CBS.
“I don’t know, you guys will have to stay tuned!” Tyler told People about doing “The Amazing Race.” “We don’t have anything official yet, but we’re definitely open for anything right now. I would only do ‘Amazing Race’ with her.”
The feeling’s mutual: “Absolutely, that would be amazing!” Angela said.
The couple, who’ve moved in together since the “Big Brother” finale last week, is one of the handful of “Big Brother” pairs that fans have been asking to see on the globetrotting reality series. But as we pointed out, that won’t happen on the next season of “The Amazing Race” — because Season 31 has already been filmed.

After a key conversation with outgoing Head of Household Tyler Crispen, “Big Brother’s” current Hoh Kaitlyn Herman wasted no time this week in putting together their plan of backdooring Chris “Swaggy C” Williams. Step one? Tell Winston Hines and Scottie Salton that they’re going up as pawns. Step two? Convince Swaggy, Faysal Shafaat and the others that Winston is the real target. Both of those steps went off more or less without a hitch, but with a Veto competition on the line, Kaitlyn’s plan of backdooring Swaggy could still be thwarted.
