True crime is getting more and more entertaining by the day and I don’t if that’s a good thing or a bad one. We have another brilliant true crime drama series, Under the Bridge, created by Quinn Shephard. Based on a 2005 book of the same name by Rebecca Godfrey, the Hulu series is set in 1997 and it follows the murder case of a 14-year-old girl which we see through the eyes of local police officer Cam Bentland and the author Godfrey. Under the Bridge stars Lily Gladstone and Riley Keough in the lead roles with Virtika Gupta, Chloe Guidry, Javon “Wanna” Walton, and Izzy G starring in supporting roles. So, if you love the thrilling and dreadful story of Under the Bridge, here are some other shows that have similar tone and story elements that you should check out next.

2021 Golden Globe Final Predictions:
Best TV Movie/Limited Series
Updated: Feb. 24, 2021
Awards Commentary:
This year’s limited series category is an ambitious field, made up of personal tales like “Small Axe” and “Unorthodox,” an addictive mystery in “The Undoing” and a boundary-pushing, honest relationship tale with “Normal People.” But the compelling performance by Anya Taylor-Joy in “The Queen’s Gambit,” which manages to make chess exciting and one young woman’s personal journey combating her demons even more compelling, is the true frontrunner here.
And The Predicted Winner Is: "The Queen's Gambit" (Netflix)–
Executive Producers: William Horberg, Allan Scott, Scott Frank
Synopsis: Beth Harmon (played by Anya Taylor-Joy) is an orphan who becomes a chess prodigy, but alcoholism may prevent her from becoming the world champion.

Updated: Jan. 11, 2021
Awards Commentary:
Last year, the HFPA somehow completely missed out on honoring HBO’s “Watchmen,” the critically acclaimed limited series that went on to dominate the Emmys. Edan Alexander is only 7 years old, but looks like the big wigs behind "Two and A Half Men" feel they've found the golden child, because they're throwing down big bucks to keep him around. According to his minors contract, Edan scored $20k for each of his 10 episodes on the show's final season, and producers were so impressed they included an option for a whole new series. If the new still untitled series gets picked up,...
