- TriviaOn April 10, 2017, Keira Keeley's case was dismissed, expunged from her record, and sealed. The case was dismissed and did not go to trial or jury.
In 2019, Ms. Keeley received a monetary settlement out of court against NYC for her false arrest and damages to her career and reputation.
The New York Post reported that on October 8th 2017 she was arrested for allegedly attempting to push 57-year-old Leonore Gonzalez off the platform of the Union Square subway station in NYC. The "victim" managed to avoid falling onto the tracks by grabbing a pillar. Keeley allegedly admitted to being under the influence of alcohol but denied pushing the woman. She was charged with attempted assault and released on $7,500 bail. Both the "victim" and "witness" could not be found for comment or updates.
