- Mohammed Amer was born on July 24, 1981 in Kuwait. He is an actor and writer, known for Black Adam (2022), Mo (2022) and Sweet Dreams (2024).

- Born in Kuwait to Palestinian parents, At 9 years old, Amer was scared when he first got to the Texas after his family fled Kuwait during the first Gulf War when Saddam invaded in 1990. But he quickly found friends from all over the world, and he never really left.
- Has visited more than 40 countries in the past 20 years, all of them without a passport. "I have what's called a refugee travel document," he says.
