This post contains spoilers for "Glass Onion."
Early on in Rian Johnson's follow-up to "Knives Out," it's clear that the penetrating mind of the gentlemen sleuth Benoit Blanc (Daniel Craig) is clearly no match for the rather dull-witted billionaire playboy Miles Bron (Edward Norton). In "Glass Onion," Miles invites his oldest frenemies to his private island sanctuary to play a meticulously planned murder mystery game where he is the victim. As we get to know a little backstory, some clear motives emerge that point to someone who really wants him dead.
The title itself is a reference to a song featured on The Beatles' "White Album" subtly making fun of the super fans that overanalyze the band's lyrics. Johnson's film is also making a comment that sometimes we look for the meaning behind something when there may not be anything to decipher. Miles represents this idea as well, as...

The Marvel Cinematic Universe has gotten to the point that with each passing film, I wonder if it'll be the one to topple the proverbial house of cards. Sure, not every single one of their movies has been a winner -- I maintain that Thor: The Dark World is terrible, and Iron Man 3 is better when you try not to think of it as a Marvel film -- but there hasn't been a film that's broken the world. Given that we have characters spanning galaxies, that's a definite possibility.
Their next film, Doctor Strange threatened to break the universe more than any other. Yes, it could be seen as any other standard run-of-the-mill standalone origin story, but the film is anything but. It's set in a world that's been populated for the past eight years, and in those eight years, rules have been established that cannot so easily be tossed aside.

A flood of first reaction reviews for Marvel's Doctor Strange has hit the internet, and it sounds like Marvel fans are in for something pretty incredible! There is a lot of praise for the crazy psychedelic visual effects, the characters, the uniqueness of the film and how it brings something fresh to the McU. You can read through the reviews below. They've definitely managed to get me even more pumped up about seeing this movie! I didn't think that was possible, but with everyone talking about how awesome it is, how can I not be more excited?!
It has also been confirmed that there will be two post-credits scenes teasing the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Below the reactions I included a new clip from the film called "Heal the Body" that introduces Strange to the astral form. It's an extension of what we've seen in the trailer of...

While the candidates were talking about Syria, the Supreme Court and the economy, Americans at home were hoping (one of) the candidates would answer an even more pressing question.
When Donald Trump says that word (you know the one), is he saying “bigly?” Or is he saying “big league?”
By the middle of the debate, the word “bigly” had shot to the top of Google’s trending terms list. And there was plenty of talk about the pronunciation on Twitter.
Is "bigly" a word? No, its not. That should be disqualifying itself!

Star Trek Beyond Gallery 1 of 19

Last night in La a handful of lucky critics got to attend the junket screening for Star Trek Beyond, and while full reviews are still under embargo, a handful of reactions are starting to pour out over social media. For the most part, it seems like everyone enjoyed the film, with the general consensus being that while it’s not perfect, it’s still a ton of fun.
You could argue that of course these critics will be praising Justin Lin’s entry into the franchise, as if you’re going to be attending the junket for a movie, it wouldn’t be in good taste to bash it over Twitter. And while that is somewhat true, we tend to trust a lot of these people who’ve Tweeted and it’s certainly exciting to see their enthusiasm for the new Star Trek.
