Daredevil: Born Again went through a major creative overhaul to bring it more in line with the Netflix series. While significant changes have been made, the main story is expected to remain the same.
Based on what we've pieced together, Wilson Fisk becomes New York City Mayor and clamps down on vigilantes. Meanwhile, The Punisher is hunting down corrupt cops, the vigilante White Tiger is on trial, and a serial killer, Muse, is causing chaos in Hell's Kitchen.
The Cosmic Circus recently shared some MCU updates, including plans for the villain in the upcoming Disney+ TV series.
"What I’ve heard about Muse is that his character will fan the flames of chaos in the show," the site teases. "He’ll be very sinister and deranged and will actually be an antagonist to not only Daredevil but also Kingpin, which will be an interesting dynamic to see play out."

Charlie Cox’s return to the MCU was first announced during the 2022 San Diego Comic-Con. Daredevil: Born Again got an official confirmation at the event and the filming of the series began before the Hollywood strikes put a halt to the production. During the strikes, Marvel Studios reconsidered the creative direction and overhauled the entire series with new directors and showrunner.

Since 2021, Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock and Vincent D'Onofrio's Kingpin of Crime have shown up in various MCU TV shows.
We've seen the Man Without Fear in Spider-Man: No Way Home, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, and Echo, with Wilson Fisk appearing in the latter and Hawkeye. However, these two haven't shared the screen since Daredevil wrapped up on Netflix six years ago.
That's set to change in Disney+'s Daredevil: Born Again and, in an interview with TV Insider, D'Onofrio revealed that the revival originally featured no significant links to Daredevil.
"It originally wasn’t going to be at all, but now it’s a lot," the actor said of crossovers between the two. Cox chimed in to say there's now "a lot" of them, presumably meaning Foggy Nelson, Karen Page, Bullseye, and The Punisher were M.I.A. in the previous iteration of Born Again.

Last year, a creative overhaul saw The Punisher's Dario Scardapane replace Matt Corman and Chris Ord as Daredevil: Born Again's showrunner. Now, all signs point to the Marvel Studios series delivering the take on the Man Without Fear we've been waiting to see in the MCU.
TV Line caught up with Charlie Cox and Vincent D'Onofrio at the Upfronts in New York yesterday and asked the former whether the retooling has brought Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk more in line with Netflix's Daredevil.
"Not exactly the same, but much closer," Cox teased. "And potentially much improved."
D'Onofrio added, "It’s hard to comment because I want to say so much about both the [Netflix] show and this show, and the change that happened, but in the end, the last few months of work we did was written beautifully and directed beautifully. Personally, I think it’s as intense as we’ve ever been.

Last night during Disney's 2024 Upfronts presentation, we finally got release dates for Agatha All Along and Daredevil: Born Again, as well as confirmation that Ironheart will debut on Disney+ sometime in 2025.
New logos for the shows were also unveiled, and while teaser trailers were screened for those in attendance, they have not (and likely won't be) released online.
Different versions of the teasers are sure to be officially released before too long, but for now, we have a breakdown of the footage (via IGN).
The Born Again promo sees Matt Murdock don his familiar red costume, as his voiceover warns someone that the "entire system is against you... it's often David vs. Goliath." We then catch glimpses of Kingpin, Foggy Nelson, and Karen Page, and shots from a brief action sequence.
Right at the end, Murdock is asked, "what kind of a lawyer are you." He responds with, "a really good one,...

Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio have been locked in to reprise the roles of hero Matt Murdock / Daredevil and villain Wilson Fisk / Kingpin, characters they originally played on the Marvel-inspired Netflix series Daredevil, on the Disney+ series Daredevil: Born Again ever since Marvel and Disney+ started pushing the show forward. When their supporting cast was being assembled at the end of 2022, it was announced that Sandrine Holt (American Gigolo) had signed on to appear on the show as a love interest to the Fisk – with the word being that she was taking over the role of his wife Vanessa Marianna Fisk, who had previously been played by Ayelet Zurer on the Netflix show. Apparently there had been scheduling issues with Zurer, who said she was “sad to not take part” in the new series… which, at the time, wasn’t meant to line up with the Netflix show perfectly. Filming...

Jon Bernthal's Punisher is officially back in action. New photos taken from the set of "Daredevil: Born Again" have confirmed the return of the actor's version of Frank Castle, who first appeared on the Marvel Netflix shows nearly a decade ago. But five years after "The Punisher" was canceled by the streaming service, Bernthal is reuniting with his old frenemy Matt Murdock (once again played by Charlie Cox).

The above image sees Bernthal looking very much like the Frank Castle fans of the Netflix shows remember -- bloody, jacked, and ready for vengeance on the streets of New York City. You can also see Bernthal and Cox reunited in costume below. Unfortunately, we don't get a great sense of what's going on in the scenes in question, but it certainly looks like they're getting bloody and kicking ass. But are they on friendly terms this time around?...

Jon Bernthal is back playing Frank Castle (aka Punisher) on the set of “Daredevil: Born Again,” new set photos from which have the character paired up with Charlie Cox’s eponymous hero and soaked in blood. The Disney+ series is now filming in New York City. Bernthal debuted as Frank Castle in Netflix’s “The Punisher” series, which aired for two seasons and 26 episodes between 2017 and 2019.
“Daredevil: Born Again” is bringing back a handful of actors from Netflix’s Marvel series. In addition to Cox and Bernthal, also set to appear in the series are Deborah Ann Woll (Karen Page), Elden Henson (Franklin “Foggy” Nelson), Wilson Bethel (Benjamin Poindexter/Bullseye) and Vincent D’Onofrio (Kingpin). Did anybody call for a lawyer?
We can barely contain our excitement about the news that Disney+ is bringing back Daredevil in a bid to reignite the character for Phase 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The glimpses of Matt Murdock that we got on Echo and Spiderman: No Way Home were great, but we have missed this tortured, hopeless do-gooder and his heart of gold.

Also, the show is expected to be darker and grittier. As the show’s episodes are being filmed, reports indicate that the new show may witness the saddest MCU death in recent times. It could be very hard for the MCU fans.

Marvel has officially confirmed the inclusion of the Netflix Marvel series in the Sacred Timeline of the franchise. Until now, the series Daredevil, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, and Iron Fist were developed separately from the MCU canon and had only passing references to the movies. But with the shows being placed in the official timeline order on Disney Plus, they have been officially confirmed to be part of the MCU canon.
However, the fact that the Netflix Marvel shows were separate from the films had given the studio the freedom to allow some actors to crossover from the show to the films. But, with the shows being canonized, the portrayal of certain characters may be confusing. One of the biggest examples of this flaw is the casting of Mahershala Ali, who portrayed Cottonmouth in Luke Cage and will be seen as Blade in the MCU.

Deadpool & Wolverine released its teaser, and it confirmed the appearance of Aaron Stanford’s Pyro, who played the character back in the original X-Men trilogy that was produced by Fox Studios. Along with this, it has also been confirmed that Jennifer Garner will be appearing in her role as Elektra from Fox’s Daredevil film, returning for the first time since her solo venture in the role.
Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman in Deadpool 3 trailer
The film is also set to star Wolverine (and allegedly multiple variants of the character). With such a stacked cast, and so many cameos on the horizon, it makes sense that the film would include other key cameos, given that it would be integrating mutants into the MCU, while also bringing in the characters from Fox Studios’ Marvel roster. Here are 5 other cameos that fans can expect from Marvel’s latest mutant movie.

Genneya Walton (Candy Cane Lane) has been cast in the upcoming Marvel Disney+ series Daredevil: Born Again.
Character details are not being revealed but she is said to be playing a young journalist with connections to a character from the original series.
Following a production pause in mid-June due to the writers strike, Marvel Studios implemented a creative overhaul of Daredevil: Born Again, which follows original star Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock, a blind attorney-turned-crimefighting superhero, and also features Vincent D’Onofrio reprising his role as mob boss Wilson Fisk aka Kingpin and Jon Bernthal returning as Punisher.
As part of the changes, Dario Scardapane (The Punisher) replaced Matt Corman and Chris Ord as showrunner.

This Daredevil article contains spoilers.
Daredevil: Born Again is currently filming in New York City, which means photos are starting to leak from the show’s sets. Since the widely reported creative overhaul that saw the upcoming Disney+ series change directions, we’ve had our first look at not only the return of Matt Murdock’s best pals, Foggy Nelson (Elden Henson) and Karen Page (Deborah Ann Woll), but also confirmation that Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio) will be running for mayor on the series, just like in the Marvel comics.
Now we’re also getting our first look at the suit Daredevil will wear on the new show. Spoiler: Marvel is ditching the gold and burgundy suit the Man Without Fear wore for his walk of shame on She-Hulk in 2022. It’s also slightly different from the Netflix era one actor Charlie Cox put on for his fight with Maya Lopez in the Echo miniseries.

The Marvel / Disney+ series Daredevil: Born Again went into production last year – then when the strikes hit, it underwent a creative overhaul that, according to Vincent D’Onofrio (who plays the villainous Kingpin / Wilson Fisk on the show), has ensured that this new series is now directly connected to the Daredevil series that ran for three seasons on the Netflix streaming service. So not only are D’Onofrio and Charlie Cox (who plays Daredevil / Matt Murdock) back in their roles, but so are Elden Henson and Deborah Ann Woll as Murdock’s associates Foggy Nelson and Karen Page. Daredevil: Born Again is now back in production, and behind-the-scenes images posted on social media have shown Cox, D’Onofrio, Henson, and Woll on set, along with new cast addition Margarita Levieva as Murdock’s latest love interest, Heather Glenn. This post contains spoilers to Daredevil: Born Again.
Daredevil: Born Again? More like Daredevil on Netflix: Born Again!
When Disney announced the MCU TV series Daredevil: Born Again, the studio played coy about the show’s relationship to the Netflix series that preceded it. Yes, Charlie Cox would once again play blind lawyer turned protector of Hell’s Kitchen Matt Murdock, and Vincent D’Onofrio would return as his enemy Wilson Fisk, the Kingpin of Crime.
At first, the distinction made sense. While Daredevil remained strong, especially through its third season, shows such as Iron Fist and The Defenders suffered from stories stretched thin and lackluster performances. Furthermore, the show’s rough violence and sexuality made them a poor fit with the MCU’s soft PG-13 aesthetic.
However, with each month, it seems more and more like Daredevil: Born Again will be a direct continuation of the Netflix shows. Not...

The Man Without Fear’s archnemesis will finally make their MCU debut in Daredevil: Born Again. No, not Kingpin; Vincent D’Onofrio has already mastered that part. And no, we don’t mean Stilt-Man, who hasn’t lumbered into live-action yet.
We’re referring to the master assassin Bullseye. Deadline reports that Wilson Bethel will join the cast of Daredevil: Born Again, which hopefully means fans will finally get the chance to see Bullseye done right in live action.
Of course, Bullseye has been portrayed on screen before. The 2003 movie Daredevil stuffed the screen with too many characters, including Colin Farrell as Bullseye. Writer and director Mark Steven Johnson didn’t take the most subtle approach, and basically let Farrell do whatever he wanted as the man who couldn’t miss. As a result, Farrell played Bullseye as a nervous man who didn’t take joy in killing as much as...

Daredevil: Born Again may be billed as a brand-new series, but it’s looking more and more like Daredevil season 4. In addition to Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio starring as Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk, Daredevil: Born Again includes a handful of actors returning from the Netflix series, with a new rumor pointing to the return of Wilson Bethel as Bullseye.
According to ComicBook.com, Wilson Bethel is set to reprise his role of Bullseye for Daredevil: Born Again. He made his first appearance in the Netflix series during the third season, with the character reimagined as Benjamin “Dex” Pointdexter, a psychopathic FBI agent who is able to use any object as a lethal projectile. He also suited up in a replica Daredevil costume. Although the report seems confident that Bethel will appear in the new series, “it’s unclear how extensive his role will be.“

In case it wasn't already clear by now, Marvel Studios is doubling down on its connections to the Marvel Netflix universe of streaming shows. Next up on the reunion tour for "Daredevil: Born Again"? The Devil of Hell's Kitchen imposter known as Bullseye, portrayed by Wilson Bethel in season 3 of "Daredevil." The news comes from ComicBook.com, which reports only that he'll make some sort of appearance in the retooled series -- but "it's unclear how extensive his role will be."
Fans will remember that the rather tortured character of Benjamin Poindexter played an integral role in the war against Matt Murdock and Wilson "Kingpin" Fisk in the Netflix series. Season 3 ultimately ended with Bullseye on the wrong end of a fight between the two foes, shattering his spine and left paralyzed. It's two years after CBS canceled All Rise the first time, and here we are again. It's All Rise's series finale; this time, it's for keeps.
All Rise holds a dear place in my heart. I've cared about the cases and the relationships in the series. I was so excited to watch Mark and Amy get married on All Rise Season 3 Episode 20.
I'm unsure if OWN knew that All Rise 3B was the final season initially, but these past ten episodes have been fantastic, and this was the ideal send-off.
Before we dive into the wedding details, let's discuss the final case. As much as I adored Emily Lopez and her helping lost souls, I would have preferred focusing on Mark and Amy's wedding and dealing with the Russians.
However, Emily represented Nori Byrd, who was accused of murdering her husband with a bloody knife. She passed out...

All Rise is sticking to controversial and political cases as the series heads into its final episodes.
These cases have touched our hearts and encouraged discussions among friends since most topics have been topical and relatable.

Times are changing for All Rise.
Da Bravo is naming a new Head Deputy Da. Ness Johnson is about to try her first case in court.
She's waited for this day her entire life, but now she's terrified because she's defending someone whose morals she doesn't agree with.
Ness's First Trial
Ness has been assigned to defend Camilla Kahlo, a yoga instructor and social media instructor, accused of murder and poisoning customers with her beauty products.
That's a big one for her first case, and even worse, the case is being recorded, and she's up against Maggie Palmer and Teddy. No wonder she's nervous.
Since she joined Audubon, Quinn, and Associates, Ness has handled cases in the office like family wills, so this is a big change for her. Ness learns quickly that she can't always choose clients she likes since working with social media influencers is challenging.

Undoubtedly, All Rise Season 3 Episode 12 is the best episode of the season so far and is one of the series' best.
The organ trafficking case allowed the two strongest female lawyers to face off and work together to catch the most significant criminal.
With "Guilt is a Bully, " many of our favorites realize that guilt is holding them back in their relationships, and the series highlights friends and couples having fun. Was nothing more yummy than seeing Wilson Bethel and J. Alex Brinson shirtless?
Organ trafficking cases are challenging to watch since there are no winners. I've watched similar cases on Law & Order: Svu and my heart went to Damien Davis and Gabriel Salas.
Amy's client, Damien, only had six months to live and was 250th on the transplant list, so he purchased the kidney. He never intended the traffickers to attack Gabriel violently when they removed the kidney.

"You're not just fighting for yourself anymore..." "You're fighting for all of us 'unmatchables.'" Vertical has debuted a new trailer for an indie romantic comedy titled Match Me If You Can, which was first released in theaters back in August and is now available on VOD. Kip Parsons is a computer nerd who declares war on online dating services when she's rejected by one as "unmatchable." When she writes a blog about her experience, it goes viral and everyone comes to her support, except for the dating website which tries to sue her. What a wacky comedy concept! Georgina Reilly stars as Kip, with Wilson Bethel, Brian George, Billy Armstrong, Veronica Wylie, Chaz Clark, and Kanwar Singh. Though I'm sure there's nothing new in here, this does look cute & fun, a casual watch if you're looking for something amusing. View below. // Continue Reading ›...
