Rasheeda T. Banks originally started her entrepreneurship career within the entertainment industry as a Rapper with EB's Finest E.N.T back in 2009, which was founded by her mother (Glenda Evans) and her father (Leon Banks), the Co-Founder. Early on, her mother started to realize her passion was in fashion and not music. Soon after this, in roughly 2010, the rise in her modeling journey began with her mother's guidance. Her drive became more aggressive for modeling after the birth of her son. For 12 years, she began working as a versatile freelancer model.
She's done numerous amounts of podcast interviews, fashion shows, swimwear shows, lingerie photo shoots, and even commercial jobs. In addition to those projects, she started to go deeper into her creative side by adding special projects like body paint and even water shoots to her portfolio. Some of Rasheeda's early accomplishments involved working with Uncle Murder the Rap Artist for a reality show, getting photos with Anthony Anderson and Chris Brown backup dancer Felix Burgos, and a few music artists such as Jaheim, Ted the Wizard Mills from the Oldies but goodies music group" Blue Magic," Jagged Edge, Viola Sykes, Tsu Surf, and Joyner Lucas. She has performed with Eb's Finest E.N.T in a fashion show which was a charity event for Haiti.
Following those projects, Rasheeda's career went to another significant level when she walked in BoujieBoutique Paris Fashion Week and Los Angeles TME Fashion Week, featured on NYC TimeSquare Billboard and published in Atlanta's savvi's Magazine. Still having those close connections within the music industry allowed her to Embark on the music industry, which opened opportunities to become a video vixen in Music videos. Her first appearance as a dancer was in music Artists Rah Banks' (her younger brother's) " For Ya Love" music video. She then worked with Nadeem Waheed, also known as Daniels Leather, in NYC. Not only did they become good friends, but she also continued to work for him as one of his models. He creates many of the best Fur and leather coats for everyone, including celebrities such as Remy Ma, Yandy, Noreaga, Lil Meech, and many more.
Her involvement in the community started when she became involved in OYTI "Our Youth Today Inc" as a mentee back in 2011. Since then, it has transformed into FGI's "Forever Girls Inc," founded by Takeisha, also known as Ms. Truth (her mentor). Forever Girls produced some of the State of New Jersey's most elite leaders within the many industries to give one-on-one mentoring to young and older teens. Having this safe place for them allows the mentors to provide adequate resources per mentee needs. A single goal drives FGI, and that's to make the world a better place for all. With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. In 2022 she was announced as the mentor in the "Beauty & brains" department for the Forever Girls Inc Organization.

She then goes on to say, "God is first in everything I have done and will do, continuously making me realize that "what's for me, will always be for me," and there is nothing I cannot accomplish and master without my hard work, dedication, and prayer. With that, I will keep growing and break the different barriers within the modeling and acting industry.
