Patrick Brambert is an improv comedian and actor from the Chicagoland Area. He was born and raised in Bloomingdale, Illinois. Growing up he attended Lake Park High School and went on to Elmhurst College to earn his Bachelor's degree. He went on to earn his doctorate at the University of Iowa. While at the University of Iowa, he began performing stand-up where he introduced his beloved "Dr. Brownbear" sketch character. After graduation he returned to the Chicago area and completed the improv program at the Second City Theater where he performed with the Yellow Belly Improv Group.
For his directorial debut, Patrick Brambert wrote and starred in the comedy short Kitchen Spaces which had its Hollywood debut as an official selection for the prestigious Dances with Films festival.
