Ariel Winter is rocking her bachelorette bikini as she updates her Instagram with major party action.
The Modern Family alum posted photos of herself partying it up, also showing off her healthy curves as she surprised her five million followers. Ariel doesn’t post too often and the updates can be sporadic.
Tagging herself at Encore Beach Club in Las Vegas, the sitcom star sizzled in a low-key way as she shared indoor shots of herself and her sister. Bikini-clad club girls surrounded both, and a big sign with Chanel was also visible.
Ariel was out to celebrate her sister Shanelle Gray’s bachelorette. The 24-year-old was all smiles as she rocked a red bikini top and black tassel miniskirt, adding practical flat sandals for an unfussy finish.

Modern Family star Ariel Winter certainly knows how to cause a ruckus. More often than not, she does it by wearing very little and posting pictures of herself online. There's nothing wrong with that, she argues, and she has no patience for those who don't get it.
Via The Hollywood Reporter.
Ariel Winter is making everyone laugh. "I think my house is haunted," she says to the crew between setups at her THR photo shoot. "The lights went on and off last night." Warming to her topic like a stand-up, she continues, her delivery somewhat at odds with her perfectly made-up face and saucy outfit (white tank, torn jeans and 5-inch stilettos). "I literally was clutching my Care Bear. I put the covers over my eyes so I couldn't see what was happening." Pause. "Because that protects me somehow.

Ariel Winter admits that she "had a hard time finding confidence" as she grew into a young woman while on Modern Family -- but that's all changed.

"Growing up in the spotlight was quite possibly the worst for my self-esteem," she says. "When I started [Modern Family], I had a completely different body than what happened overnight at 12 years old. I was stick thin, I had no chest, I had no butt -- I had nothing. I was totally flat, and I was so sad about it. Then automatically, overnight, my body changed drastically. I was a D cup and had a bigger butt, and my waist was expanding. Everything was getting bigger. I automatically got this hate and judgment online."

Ariel Winter, best known for starring on ABC sitcom Modern Family, has retained her sister Shanelle Gray as her permanent legal guardian following a drawn out court battle with her mother, Crisoula Workman.
Ariel Winter Reaches Settlement
The settlement was reached in the guardianship dispute right before a trial was to commence between Winter, 16, and her mother. Workman stipulated in court that if Winter watched a video montage of family photos before the court adjourned on Monday, she’d stop fighting her wish to shift guardianship to her sister, reported Entertainment Tonight.
Following the montage, a teary Winter and her sister, Grey, exited the courtroom, declining to speak to Workman. In the settlement, Winter is not obliged to visit or speak with her mother.
Back in 2012, Winter was taken from her mother’s home amid allegations that Workman was emotionally and physically abusing her. Gray was subsequently granted temporary custody.

Dealing with some serious family drama at a young age, the plot has thickened in Ariel Winter's custody case as another family member is stepping up.
While the custody battle rages between the "Modern Family" star's mother and her older sister, Shanelle Gray (who currently has temporary custody), her brother has filed his own motion.
An actor himself, who played Pugsley Addams in the most recent "Addams Family" movies, Jimmy Workman claims he would be a more suitable guardian for the child star.
Allegations against Ariel's older sister include that she sexualizes the child, exploits her fame to promote her own acting school, and has a history with drugs.
Further, Workman claims Shanelle is having her younger sister spend gobs of money on a party lifestyle.
In response, Shalle's attorney Mike Kretzmer tells TMZ, "The allegations are nothing new. We will handle them in court. Shanelle has taken excellent care of Ariel to date.

Anxious to get her child back, Ariel Winter's mother filed to try and get custody of her daughter prior to the trial scheduled in September.
According to TMZ, the judge refused the request, saying her mom, Chrisoula Workman, "presented no evidence that there were any changes or repair of damage to their relationship."
For now, temporary custody will remain with the "Modern Family" star's older sister, Shanelle Gray, as they wait for a trial this fall.
Speaking about life with her big sis, Ariel told Teen Vogue, "My life is definitely more normal -- and that'll help me grow up like I'm supposed to. Ariel Winter and her mother Chrystal Workman won't be reuniting any time soon. A judge refused a case where Workman filed documents to ask to get her daughter back, reportedly saying Workman "presented no evidence that there were any changes or repair of damage to their relationship."
Instead of returning Winter to Workman's custody, TMZ reports that the judge instead extended Winter's guardianship with her older sister Shanelle Gray. That seems in line with what the 15-year-old "Modern Family" star wants, instead of the court-ordered family therapy that Workman is asking for.
It's reported that Winter hasn't spoken to her mother since October when she was removed from her mother's home. The guardianship case was extended in November after a judge found "substantiated" evidence of emotional abuse at the hand of Workman. The outcome of Workman's custody trial will be revealed in September.

After a few months of being in her sister's court-ordered care, the family drama for Ariel Winter is starting back up.
According to People magazine, on Friday (March 29) it was revealed that the young "Modern Family" star's guardianship case will be headed for trial in October to see if her mother, Chrisoula Workman, should regain custody.
During a hearing yesterday, Winter's attorney spoke about the family's therapy sessions, saying, "It's a work in progress," and adding, "There's been no advancement in terms of reunification."
However, an attorney for Workman is claiming that the 14-year-old actress is refusing to meet with her mom in therapy and says there has been no visitation between the mother and daughter at this time.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, a custody agreement was reached back in December when it was ordered that Ariel stay in the care of her sister, Shanelle Gray, until this point.

Using her major leverage from the show's popularity, Ariel Winter will get a big pay raise from "Modern Family."
According to E! News, the 15-year-old actress is set to take home $6 million for her work.
In a document obtained by the network, the delay for renegotiation was explained as follows: "The minor's professional career was protected from chronic and unwarranted interference by the mother which had prevented the minor's execution of a renegotiated contract for her starring role in the television sitcom, 'Modern Family,' which contract has a value in excess of $6,000,000."
Apparently the trouble stemmed from the guardianship battle between Ariel's sister, Shanelle Gray, and her mother, Chrisoula Workman.
Currently, the star's sis serves as her guardian, but does not have access to her money, telling the court that her "sole interest has been insuring my sister's well-being, free from my mother's unwarranted interference and unacceptable behaviors towards Ariel.
