Drake Rodger, best known for his series-lead role as John Winchester on CW’s The Winchesters, has signed with Gersh for representation.
Meg Donnelly and Rodger star in the CW series as the future parents of Supernatural leads Sam and Dean. The Winchesters became CW’s most watched series debut in October 2022, with Rodger playing the titular role of young John Winchester returning home from Vietnam and where he uncovers traces of his father’s past with a secret organization.
Told from Dean’s perspective, The Winchesters follows the epic, untold love story of how John met Mary and how they put it all on the line to not only save their love, but the entire world. Supernatural alum Robbie Thompson penned The Winchesters, which comes from Warner Bros. TV and CBS Studios.
Rodger’s early roles as an actor include supporting roles in Not Alone, Murder Rx and Terra Beach.

What will you be watching this Thanksgiving?
Why not dive headfirst into Christmas?
There's another Hallmark movie celebrating family that appears to be delightful.
One of the best things about entertainment is how you can explore different cultures, and My Southern Family Christmas takes us down to the Bayou for a very special celebration.
Jaicy Elliot and Ryan Rottman star alongside Brian McNamara, Moira Kelly, and Bruce Campbell (in a Hallmark movie?!).
Under the guise of a journalist writing a story about a tight-knit community that makes Christmas special, Campbell (Elliot) has a chance to get to know her biological father, Everett (Campbell), for the first time – without him ever knowing who she really is.
As she spends time with him and his family, as well as Jackson (Rottman), the town’s record keeper, she realizes that families are messy, wonderful things.
In the end, Campbell must decide if she...

The official ballots for the 2013 Primetime Emmy Awards are now available online, and while they won't tell us who's going to be nominated, they can tell us who won't be.
We scoured the ballots to dig up the notable omissions (if you were hoping for an Arya Stark nomination, better luck next year) and surprising inclusions (go get your directing nomination, Jennifer Love Hewitt!).
Where's "Bunheads"?
Every ABC Family original series (including "The Lying Game," "Baby Daddy" and "The Secret Life of the American Teenager") is submitted for consideration as either Outstanding Comedy or Outstanding Drama except for the network's most outstanding show: "Bunheads." Huh?
Star Sutton Foster submitted herself in the Comedy Actress category, but "Bunheads" is otherwise Mia from the ballots (even in technical categories like casting, main title design and costume design).
Other shows completely out of contention are more understandable, though Starz's canceled "Boss" earned enough...

No fair! I'm crying foul at "All or Nothing" because of the cheesy montage scenes we received courtesy of Gloria, smack dab in the middle of our finale.
What else happened? Let's check it out...
Army Wives Season 7 was, in essence, solid all around. But the finale, while it tried to tie up loose ends, ended up cliche-ridden in some places and it felt like the episode was longer than an hour. Not, unfortunately, in a good way. It wasn't all bad, so let's start with that and finish on a positive note.
The Gloria business is ridiculous. Unless somebody else remembers a couple moving on base named Gloria and Hector who were madly in love, they're forgotten the story. Sure, Hector cheated on her. But he and Gloria were already having problems before that happened. That was just the straw that broke the camel's back. Poor camel. They got...

Lifetime's long-running "Army Wives" wrapped up Season 7 on Sunday night (June 9) -- its first without original cast member Kim Delaney. While the show injected a handful of new blood (Ashanti, Brooke Shields and Torrey DeVitto), with only one original wife around (Catherine Bell's Denise), is the show worth renewing?
Lifetime has yet to order an 8th season for the show, but with a finale that seemed focused on setting up a sort of "Army Wives: The Next Generation," further sidelining Bell's character and offering an apparent exit for fellow original cast member Wendy Davis, it's clear a Season 8 will be a season utterly unrecognizable from its early years.
Focusing heavily on Holly's (Elle McLemore, another Season 7 addition) struggles with husband Tim's (Jesse McCartney) obvious Ptsd and Gloria's (Alyssa Diaz) indecision over who she wanted to be with -- ex-husband Hector (Joseph Julian Soria) or Patrick (Brant Daugherty) --...

"Blowback" was the Army Wives episode where the old guard started to merge with the new, and it all came together pretty well.
There were two separate incidents that were created as catalysts, one minor and one rather major, although given the early stages of the relationships that were being cultivated, I didn't feel any concern for the people we were getting to know. They, however, felt differently.
We learned a bit more about each of our new wives and their husbands. Maggie is having a very hard time being a stay at motel mom and there is no way you can blame her for her feelings. I don't think her husband, Eddie, gets the full picture of claustrophobia she must be experiencing being stuck in one room with several kids, even if they are at school for most of the day. She really has nowhere to get away.

"From the Ashes" will arise an entirely new Army Wives. I read your comments, and I know how that makes many of you feel. I'll tackle my thoughts about the regeneration of the cast and the series in this review, as well as the episode itself. Rebuilding a foundation can be tricky business, but it appears the pros at Lifetime gave the creators of Army Wives just the right amount of leeway to get it right. Here we go!

We hope you're sitting down, Army Wives. The Lifetime hit has revealed a major, fatal Season 7 spoiler.
As previously rumored, Kim Delaney will not be returning to the series, as producer Jeff Melvoin tells TV Line the character of Claudia Joy Holden will be killed off on the season premiere.
“The first two [episodes] will be very emotional, and it will confirm that Claudia Joy is no longer among the living,” Melvoin says. “It’s been very wrenching for us to write, and I think it will be very wrenching for the audience to go through.
“Kim and Claudia Joy have been the rock upon which we based the show. But we [have to] continue to move forward and keep the show fresh and unpredictable.”
Visit TV Line for plenty more Army Wives scoop, which includes:
Sally Pressman, who is pregnant in real life, will only appear in a few early season episodes.

According to Deadline.com, Kim Delaney will likely not return for Season 7. So far there is no word on which other cast members will or will not return after the Season 6 cliffhanger.
"Army Wives" averaged 3.2 million viewers during Season 6, which ended on September 9. The season starred Delaney, Sally Pressman, Brian McNamara, Sterling K. Brown, Wendy Davis, Drew Fuller, Terry Serpico, Kelli Williams and Catherine Bell. Guest stars included Kellie Martin, Alyssa Diaz and Jj Soria.
The show will return sometime in 2013, though no specific premiere date was announced.

Army Wives star Brian McNamara will guest star on a Bones episode this fall.
According to TV Line, the actor will play Eric Neibling, a Steve Irwin type.
With a shady side, clearly. He dabbles in endangered species trafficking.
Executive producer Stephen Nathan points out that McNamara's episode will shed light on a horrifying reality: that “there are more tigers as pets in Texas than there are in the wild.”
Horrifying indeed, but an issue that is sure to be handled in typical Bones fashion.
Bones Season 8 kicks off Monday night on Fox. "The Future in the Past" brings Booth and Brennan back together, but to what extent their relationship can progress is an open question.
Army Wives, meanwhile, aired what may have been its series finale Sunday.

Zap2it: Having joined the regular cast of "Army Wives" recently -- you're in it through the end of this season -- but have you been given any idea what will happen after that?
Kelli Williams: The life of the show is sort of up in the air. There's always, of course, speculation around what's going to happen. I figure I'll enjoy these few months, then we'll see.
Zap2it: You did a now-rare series guest turn on CBS' "The Mentalist" this season. How did that go for you?
A: That turned out to be fun, and Brian McNamara (who also stars on "Army Wives") and I played brother and sister. I hadn't worked for a little while, and I'd been doing drop-offs and pickups [of children at school], so I thought it would be fun to go and hang out there for a week. They were great, but it was pretty intense.
