Atn Entertainment, the management company that represents LGBTQ talent including Carter Ray, Daniielle Alexis and Emmy-nominated actress Rain Valdez, has launched a new production and development division, Atn Productions. The production banner will develop a TV adaptation of the YouTube comedy series Panic as their debut project.
Panic follows Sam (Christopher Cox), a teenager who struggles with anxiety. As entering college pushes him to grow, Sam must finally learn to cope with his anxiety to live a normal life – or something close enough. Starting out in 2017 as a self-produced web series co-created by Cox and Keaton Applebaum, who directed all of the episodes, the show garnered over 650,000 views over the course of ten episodes. The YouTube series serves as a proof of concept for the TV adaptation.

2025 – the Shuttle has been relegated to glorified taxi. On a routine mission shuttle Atlantis encounters bursts of light shutting down its instrumentation leaving it adrift in space with Rookie Astronaut Travis Black. The rest of the crew find themselves in the middle of a barren, desert wasteland. Crewmembers begin dying in bizarre ways. Travis comes to realize that he has been chosen to compete in some sort of galactic chess game with an Alien entity.
Now, I don’t want to give reviews based on the quality of special effects. Not every film studio has as much money as the big blockbusters so you know they are going to have to go for slightly less impressive graphics. Unfortunately, if...

Actor Brad Dourif is most commonly known for his roles in genre fare such as Exorcist 3, Grim Prairie Tales, and the Child’s Play series. In more recent years Dourif has expanded his repertoire on television with roles in Deadwood and Law & Order, but that hasn’t stopped him returning to the more creepy roles with which he made his name, such as in his latest movie Death and Cremation.
The debut of director Justin Steele, Death and Cremation is from a script by Alecc Bracero and Justin Steele, and stars Dourif along with Jeremy Sumpter (Friday Night Lights), Scott Elrod, Debbon Ayer (Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind), Daniel Baldwin (Homicide: Life on the Street), and Staci Keenan (My Two Dads, Step by Step) in a story that takes place:
In Crest Point, [where] people go about their day-to-day lives with no sense of urgency and standard stereotypes abound. There...

In the interests of full disclosure I will admit up front that I am a pretty big fan of Brad Dourif and love his performances in otherwise terrible films.
In addition to some questionable film choices, Dourif has recently done solid work in a number of Werner Herzog films and is probably still picking up pay checks for supplying the voice of Chucky in the Childs Play films.
He recently had a small part in Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call – New Orleans and even managed to stand out there, against the wild eyed crazed performance by Nicholas Cage.
Brad Dourif is now playing a role that was surely made for him, a creepy funeral owner in a new thriller, Death and Cremation.
Death and Cremation is the feature film debut of Justin Steele, who in addition to directing also co-wrote the film. The film was shot on the Red One by cinematographer Akis Konstantakopoulos. Although the plot doesn’t sound that exciting...

I simply don't think there is enough Brad Dourif in cinema, or else I am looking in the wrong places. Instantly recognizable, Dourif has shown up in all sorts of genres and notable works so it is good to see him once again, this time in a new horror/thriller Death and Cremation.
In Crest Point, people go about their day-to-day lives with no sense of urgency and standard stereotypes abound. There's the high school bully with the popular girlfriend. The single mother raising her son after her husband has died. The detective who's never cracked a big case. Then there's Stan (Brad Dourif), a single 59 year old recluse who contributes to society by offering cremation services from the basement of his funeral home. Jarod Leary (Jeremy Sumpter), a bullied and fatherless 17-year-old high school outcast doesn't even try to fit in with his high school peers. Dressed in black,...

Have you decided what you want done with your remains once you croak? The main options really don't sound very appealing -- you could either be insect food six feet under or be burned until you're nothing more than just a pile of ash. I'm for the third alternative -- getting stuffed with candy, strung up, and then bludgeoned by my mourners until said candy bursts through that zany Y-incision. That way ... huh? Oh yeah, sorry! A new teaser trailer for the Brad Dourif vehicle Death and Cremation has hit online, and we've got a peek at it for you!
The flick was directed by Justin Steele and stars Dourif, Jeremy Sumpter, Scott Elrod, Daniel Baldwin, Debbon Ayer, Sam Ingraffia, Carly Craig, and Staci Keanan. Check out the plot crunch, the spooky new teaser, and even the theatrical trailer below.

The following article was originally posted on hyperMosaic.com by Sam McPherson. You can read the original article there.
After this week's bombshell of an episode, FlashForward returns with an episode that seems to be just as much of a thrill ride. The series continues moving forward at a breakneck pace, revealing new answers to questions posed by the flashforwards of both Mark and Aaron.
The episode will also mark the return of Janis to the show after her absence from this week's episode, and will also most likely at least throw some hints about her pregnancy.
However, the most important part of the episode is destined to be the card game between Lloyd and Simon. While this material seems like it will be slightly filler-ish, I think that it'll reveal quite a lot through the characters' interactions. Who knows, we might even get so see some of the other scientists responsible for the blackout.
