Both Law & Order: Svu and NCIS have cast some minor roles in their respective new seasons. According to Kabookit, Bryan Friday will be playing “Navy Captain Wright” in what appears to be the third episode of Season 9, titled “Nature of the Beast.” Friday has had plenty of minor roles in shows like CSI, Days of Our Lives and even a couple older NCIS episodes. On top of regular acting, Friday also does stunts. He actually does more stunt work than acting. I bet he’s got some pretty awesome scars. And if he does, that means he’s probably picking up more ladies than he can handle. Lucky guy. He’s living the dream while we just sit here and watch.
Less excitingly, Alana Jackler was cast in Svu as… Park Mom. Her episode appears to be called “Yin & Yang.” Jackler isn’t known for much, just some short films.
