Exclusive: A ban on drag performances in public places has been enacted in Tennessee, and more than a dozen other states may follow suit, a movement predicated on the fear that children who might glimpse such a show would be scarred by it. You’d guess that he’s reporting from a third world country where a terrible genocide is taking place, but no, the grave was found on the Texas-Mexico border, and is full of illegal immigrants trying to cross into the United States in order to find a better life.

At its best, journalism should have an adversarial relationship with power, constantly questioning or combatting it in a relentless pursuit of the truth. Fred Peabody’s new documentary “All Governments Lie: Truth, Deception, and the Spirit of I.F. Stone” takes on the inherent flaws of the modern news media and how they are increasingly reluctant to investigate or criticize government policies.

Award winning filmmaker, John Carlos Frey's latest documentary film, "The 800 Mile Wall," will begin a nationwide tour in February 2010 to raise awareness about the current human rights crisis caused by U.S. Border policy. The 800 Mile Wall, highlights the construction of border walls along the U.S.-Mexico border and takes an unflinching look at the failed U.S. border enforcement strategy that many believe has caused the death of thousands of migrants and violates fundamental human rights.
