- (1961) Unsold pilot: He co-starred with Joe E. Brown in a pilot for a comedy series called "Five's a Family" (aka "Grandpa Was a Cop") in which Brown played a retired detective who is forced to move in his daughter and family and can't stop solving crimes.
- (1966) Unsold pilot: He appeared in a pilot for a CBS series to be called "Off We Go".
- (1943) Stage: Starred in a revival of Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart's "A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court" on Broadway opposite Julie Warren and Vera-Ellen. The musical ran for 135 performances.
