- Meet Therapist Dr Elizabeth Goode. She's Brash, unconventional, judgmental, but undeniably thriving as the "it" therapist to Hollywood's maladjusted elite. On a daily basis Dr Goode dishes her own unique methodology to a waiting room filled with a who's who from the world of entertainment, sports and music.

With some spare time on their hands, Lola helps Myron market himself to the Latino community.
- In a post coital haze, Dr. Goode (Alexandra Wentworth) convinces Joel Madden that there is more to life than music. And Myron (Steve Landesberg) is rocked by a surprise visitor from his past. The senior class of Beverly Hills High receives a special guest for Career Day. Lola (Michelle Arthur) is forced to improvise in order to cover for the absent Dr. Goode.
- Still bitter after "the whipped cream incident," Dr. Goode ignores Jeremy's attempts to win her back and instead goes out on a date with a man named Eddie, who she met on the street... only to find she's not the only woman Eddie's invited on this date. Patients Ione Skye and Jeff Goldblum feel the effects of Dr. Goode's dating traumas. Meanwhile, Myron misses the morning staff meeting... again.
- Oliver Goode (Sam McMurray) stops by to visit his daughter?s practice. Monica Potter suffers from a case of mistaken identity, David Allan Grier is tattle-telling and Pam Adlon loves ?Dick.? After Twinkle Finkelstein (Leunell) crashes the practice, Dr. Goode (Alexandra Wentworth) agrees to accompany the entire office to a corporate retreat run by a friend of her father?s, Pat Jennings (Stephen Root).
- Trudie Styler calls the Dr. in for a unique emergency and Jason Lewis' manhood is severely tested. Lola (Michelle Arthur) arranges a practice bachelorette night and Christopher Lloyd goes missing mid-session.
- Things become uncomfortable for Myron (Steve Landesberg) and Lola (Michelle Arthur) in the office until a package arrives. Jonathan Silverman and Jennifer Finnigan try to fire the Dr., Bry the Fatburger Guy (Bryan Farhy) has a confession to make, and Cindy Margolis and Rosanna Arquette are in session but is Dr. Goode (Alexandra Wentworth) really listening to anybody?
- Life in the office becomes uncomfortable for Myron and Lola until Lola's green card arrives. Jonathan Silverman and Jennifer Finnigan try to fire Dr. Goode. And Bry the Fatburger Guy has a confession.
- The wedding has arrived. Dr. Goode finally walks down the aisle, but toward what? Tate Donovan gets no help with his dating issues and Jeff Probst suffers from a case of mistaken identity.
