- TriviaThis is the first time the show has mentioned the name Delos, the name of the corporation that owns Westworld, in dialogue. It can be seen on signage in previous episodes, as well as being known from promotional sites and email subscriptions related to the show.
- GoofsDuring the raid on the town, Hector is using an 1873 Winchester rifle, which is a lever action. When he fires the second shot into the deputy on the ground, a close up shows a cartridge case being ejected from the rifle. This is not possible, as the case isn't ejected until the lever is manually operated, which can be seen in the next shot of Hector.
- Quotes
Dolores Abernathy: Then they killed them. And then... I ran. Everyone I cared about is gone... and it hurts... so badly.
Bernard Lowe: I can make that feeling go away if you'd like.
Dolores Abernathy: Why would I want that? The pain, their loss... it's all I have left of them. You think the grief will make you smaller inside, like your heart will collapse in on itself, but it doesn't. I feel spaces opening up inside of me, like a building with rooms I've never explored.
Bernard Lowe: That's very pretty, Dolores. Did we write that for you?
Dolores Abernathy: In part. I adapted it from a scripted dialogue about love.
