Ferrari (2023)

Laboriously boring, shallow characters, mediocre at best..

Extremely boring.. Really struggled to watch this. The characters are shallow. There are great actors but they are at their worst, just sub standard acting, not so believable, emotionless. The action is few, and mediocre at best. The story is laborious and the script os just sleepy boring...The dialogue could have been powerful but the directing, acting and script just makes it so boring and bad and not believable. The actors are mostly woody or overacting. There is no plot twist and no laugh out loud moments. The tension is only from the loud sound effects with boring little thrill or action... Wast of time.

The Time Machine (2002)

The original 1960 version is much better

The original 1960 version is much better..much more creative and authentic. The original version the acting is better and more tense moments. This new version seems to be trying to do too many things trying to hard, yet falls flat when compared to the beautiful original 1960 version of this movie. The dialogue has many boring bits, and the movie has alot of flat scenes. The acting is just not great and there seems to be less attention to detail..The action chase scenes by the monsters are just laborious and tedious to watch...The actress is really not great either... I enjoyed the 1960 original movie much more than this movie.

Mr. Nobody (2009)

The Truman Show x Vanilla Sky

You have to watch til the end to even try to understand it but overall it is worth watching, highly riveting, and great cinematography and CGI is ok too. It's basically Thruman Show x Vanilla Sky x Buddha's teachings on reincarnation, destiny and karma in one mixed movie. It seems very confusing sometimes but you just have to go for the ride. The ending kinda explains it. The movie is a journey, a journey of life, a journey about choice, and destiny and karma and multiple dimensions and even concepts of simulated universes. It's a brave movie to make because alot of people could be very confused about it. Before you watch this read about what and who is the Observer in the Quantum universe. I think the movie tries to go along those lines of who is the observer and what is destiny and what is the purpose of life..All questions qe should be asking ourselves.

The Time Machine (1960)

Spectacular fpr the time it was made

Superb concept. Excellent acting and directing.. The special effects are excellent considering they had no CGI that time..Loved their vision of time travel and the future..Even watching this again in 2023 (O watched this 20yrs ago) it's still thought provoking, not a dull moment. The dialogue is very good. The cinematography is excellent. The script and sound effects are excellent..The costume and set design are well done. I find these older moviespre authentic and less superficial than the new over CGI'd movies nowadays. Really thought provoking and entertaining to watch..Until now it's a masterpiece.

Slow at beginning but gets better and better.. really well made, highly intelligent and accurate .. It's lpw budget but exceptionally well made. Starts very slow but hang in there it just gets better and better. Totally riveting. It exposed the corruption of big pharma in general too re clinical trials, doctors getting unethical benefits from drugs, etc The acting is excellent. The sound is good..The script is excellent...many tense moments, not a boring scene. Highly recommend watching this.. I have been on clinical trials of drugs that were passed by the FDA also so I know how these victims feel... Highly recommend this.

Great movie, underrated gem...Great acting, great story..alot tense moments, for that time the CGI is good, the sound and sound effects are Great...the cinematography is good...great direction, just very entertaining. The costume is good and authentic... It's really hard to make a movie about this case because there is so much unknown still and so much conjecture..but they really did a good job to bring us back into that time...the suspense is great.... the script is excellent.. the dialogue is great....the movie keeps you on the edge of your seat... it's very well made movie... I have watched this movie a few times over the years it was always so much better than I expected..

Low budget gem much better than expected .. Usually the Australian made movies are pretty rubbish or just a lot bad overacting. But this was surprisingly good. A lot new concepts and plot twists. Some good jump scares...The no name actors were much better than expected... The make-up was actually very good which helped a lot. The ending plot twist is very good also... Almost like a cross of SAW x VHS x Walking Dead x Flatliners movie. Definitely worth watching. The special effects were simple but believable. Considering it's low budget, it's actually very good. A breath of fresh air and not over filled with wokism too.

Wasted opportunity to make this great, a lot of mediocre actors and bad script.. Really alot of mediocre to bad actors in what could have been a great tv series. The dialogue is predictable and the acting is woody and amateurish. There are some good plot twists but overall not too believable not too convincing. There are alot of loopholes in the scenes. The acting is just so bad I had to force myself to watch this. Some scenes are just too boring and drawn out. Alot of wasteful dialogue too. When the action comes it's ok.. The cinematography is mediocre average too. Nothing special. The dialogue is very low IQ and really loses you in some scenes... it's definitely not gripping from the beginning..

Don't believe the haters. Americans will hate this because it kinda reflects the atrocities of US in Vietnam and middle east and Asia, but in the future. Non Americans will love it. This was excellent much better than expected .. Great story. Some laugh put loud moments...Many great plot twists....great cinematography, great concept, great new ideas. Sound is great. Good editing. Many tense moments. Great CGI. The set design was authentic and the costume design was top notch. You can see the Asian influence in the making of this movie. The CGI and set design is really unique and high quality. The acting is believable. Alot action too. The concept of the whole movie is really fresh to watch much better than 99% of the trash from Hollywood nowadays. The whole movie not a dull moment. Many noce twists in the plot . Highly recommend. Almost like a Blade Runner x Platoon x Ghost in the Machine.

Hell House LLC Origins: The Carmichael Manor (2023)

Found this gem recommended on tiktok. Much better than I expected. It's a low budget movie but following the style of the legendary Blair Witch Project movies. Alot jump scares and tense moments. Some nice surprises. This movie is good standalone. I don't even recall watching the prequels but this was great stand alone. The acting was good considering the low budget and not famous actors. Really enjoyed watching this, especially at night. Probably the best horror I seen this year so far. It's much better than alot the rubbish that comes out of Hollywood. Definitely recommend watching this. The cinematography is good even though the camera is intentionally shakey sometimes. Not a dull moment.

In the Realm of the Senses (1976)

Most underrated Japanese psycho erotic movie

No it is definitely not p0rn at all. This actually has great acting, great story, great cinematography and excellent costume. It's a very authentic movie. Reminds me cross of American Psycho x Sado movie x 9 1/2 Weeks.

The jokes are actually funny too. The casting was excellent too. This is one of the most underrated art movies ever.

The dialogue is excellent. Not a dull moment. One of the best art movies ever from Japan. The fact it has eroticism is just a side point to give authenticity to the reality of the story of those lawless times in Japan.

This movie deserves an Oscar for sure. Highly recommend it.

Excruciatingly slow and boring and predictable

How is this a 8.6 rating. It's Excruciatingly slow and boring and predictable . The CGI is ok but it's definitely not Mandalorian level of script and dialogue. There are so many boring flat scenes. The actresses are woody and not believable. The dialogue is long winded and tedious and boring... There are no tense moments like Mandalorian.. I really had to force myself to keep watching this instead of checking my phone. The action scenes are laughable almost cartoonish. This tv series seems more for kiddies . Alot the action scenes are also just cringe silly..not cool at all. The music is also so overdramatic maybe to make up for the lack of excitement.

Starts S01 a 10/10 ends with 1/10 last season...Starts great, great ideas, dunny great characters but after eCh season it just goes more and more downhill until last few seasons it is just repetitive boring and no funny anymore. Did they run out of budget or just get lazy? It could have been so great..just a wasted opportunity...The last couple seasons were so bad and illogical and just became too predictable and the acting went downhill too.. By season 3 I basically was ready to give up...and was struggling to watch.... It could have been so great.. wasted opportunity..Just stop once it starts getting bad..not worth ploughing on..

Not so great.. the editing is bad. The acting is bad...the script ot slow ...the movie could be 30mins shorter... really had to force myself to watch till the end. The Teacher didn't seem convincing and the girl was not convincing either...The acting makes ot not so believable and the dialogue is silly... Don't know why I bothered watch this.. it has many slow boring scenes too .It looks like one of those movies made by evangelical churches? Ot just seems very long-winded... Just not worth watching.. would have been better they did a documentary style than this format..I almost fell asleep watching this..

Species (1995)

Considering this was made in 1995, it is excellent

Many new concepts. Many great actors. Even HR Giger involved himself abit. Great tense building moments. Great sound. Very nice cinematography with even some old psychedelic styles mixed in. Definitely worth watching. Great effects. This is becoming a cult movie to see. And the kid in the movie is Michelle Williams 5o top.

Barbarella (1968)

Extremely underrated cult movie

A must see ero scifi with many great fantasy psychedelic concepts. The imagination of the director and production effects twam is great. Many funny moments too. I watched this in HD and it really brings out the best in the film. Definitely worth putting on your list of movies.

I love Chris Rock but this is probably the worst I seen form him . Many jokes not funny. No roll over laughing stuff. Many boring flat spots. You can see many in the crowd are not that into it. Definitely no way near Eddie Murphy or Dave Chappelle level. It was really bad what Will Smith did to him. Will should be in jail. But definitely I think Chris can do better.

Incantation (2022)

Totally overrated. Liberal Netflix Hollywood just pumping this movie because its made in 'Tawan'. Many scary scenes were just not scary and O even laughed out loud many times at their so called scarest scenes. It was very predictable . The movie was heavily edited as it didn't seem to flow well and the story had many gaps. The ending was flat leaving my friends to ask 'is that it already? '. It could have been a good movie but many scenes were illogical and there was no depth in the characters. Some actors seemed very woody or just bad acting. I think most of the horror movies from Thailand and Jaoan are much more scary than this low budget movie. This movie also tries copy the 'Blair Witch Project' concept.

Great special effects. CGI is excellent.

Most overrated movie ever . Great disappointment . Massively Overrated, over-liberal, offensive to Hindus, bad and extremely overrated CGI and non-existent flat empty script with silly dialogue. It was only a big deal because it was filmed in 3D and they overspent so much money on it. The acting, if you call it that, was atrocious and childish. I really wish I didn't waste money to see this in 3D when it came out. I was so disappointed.

Literally its like those Nazi treasure or ghost hunter doco guys. No evidence, just he said she said and then making a whole 'documentary' on the subject. Relying on a lot of 'google search' and talking to biased people who 'felt' he or she was db cooper. It looks more like harassing innocent civilians who look like db cooper . What a waste of time . Another Netflix waste of time flop.

Good action but very bad dialogue and acting

Great action but very bad dialogue and predictable script. Silly illogical action sequences though. But if you are sleepy and nothing else to watch is OK. Basically a remake of Nikita movie mixed with a bit of point break movie action. The dialogue is just so bad. Probably the worst acting by all the actors.

Many tense moments. Not a boring section.

You know it's a great movie because when you watch it for the 10th time it is still epic each time.

Season 1 Epic, season 2 was OK but getting confusing and lazy, by season 3 it was unwatchable trash with bad acting, bad directing bad cinematography, bad CGI and extremely bad dialogue and awful writing.

However can Westworld oroducers6 redeem themselves one last time with Season 4?

I am watching season 4 now and ok i think i might give this a chance because it does seem a bit better than season 3....well they couldn't do worse could they ? Because season 3 was abysmally bad.
