Loser cop and loser teacher/writer living with her mother; both pushing 40! Quit stuffing your faces and get your own house, you deadbeats! Molly is very conceited just because she has a degree in Literature. A monkey could obtain that degree.

Not really a criticism about the movie, but about the author. I've never understood the hype about this novel. It's a piece of garbage written by a spoiled, arrogant d-bag. From the time he was a student, up to and after he got published, he was a always a whiny, ungrateful little b*tch. Much better men never made it back from the war in Europe and all he did was cry about everything. Lousy excuse of a man.

Horrible acting by all except Hanna Barefoot, the female lead. She's great, as always. Male lead is an awful singer. Surely they could have cast a more talented singer/actor.

Alfred got the kid a Mustang?? Pffft! Boring. He should've gotten him a Corvette Z06. Much cooler and more classy.
