THIS DIDN'T DISAPPOINT AS A FAN
2 September 2023
This live action did not disappoint. I've been a fan since the early 2000s, and after numerous episodes, it's good to come back and revisit the introductory journey of the Straw Hat Pirates.

The sequence flow is perfect; there's no dead moment. The OG crew was introduced well, and all their dreams and goals are inspiring.

Their voices fit the roles, and the CG/visuals aren't cringe-worthy at all. Even the background music fits the scene. I don't know how to convince those in doubt any further. Please watch and support! I can't wait for the next arc in Loguetown.

It might not be for every fan out there, but this Netflix live action is good in my opinion.

For reference, this 8-episode series consists of the first 47 episodes of the anime.

IT FELT REAL
2 January 2019
Taylor Swift in her most awaited stadium tour ever. I've got one word for it, WOW! She really wanted everyone to enjoy, she thought things through from the concert goers up to people who'll watch this. I felt like I was with them. Made me cry as well.

Congrats to Taylor Swift for releasing her stadium tour in Netflix, large number of people will get to view it including countries who never got to experience Reputation World Tour.

UNFAIR, TOO MUCH DRAMA AND THE WORST PEOPLE
1 January 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Look! I've got a lot of things to say about this show.

1. I know that this is a competition!!! BUT whoever the producers are, they should take it in account that the properties should all be equal, I mean if the point of the competition is for the guest to sleep in with a total of 8 people, of course the property should have 4 bedrooms or more. It's unreal when they score some houses low because they lack bedrooms or sleeping on couches when in reality that property is good for 4 or 6 people in total.

2. The JUDGES/CONTESTANTS The first half of the show got some really nice people, they played fair when it comes to sharing. MEANWHILE the other half kept a close mind when it comes to staying at other properties. THIS PART OF THE SHOW IS REALLY ANNOYING. THE CONTESTANTS ARE THE ONE GIVING THE SCORES, LIKE DUHHH THEY WON'T GIVE YOU A FAIR SCORE THEY WANTED TO WIN! they'll look at things negatively...

3. THE SCORING IS SO BAD They should score at the end when they're all done staying at each others houses so there won't be any bad blood amongst them. Some really tries hard to critique other properties that they didn't really followed criteria. It's become like revenge or payback that they would score the others lower because someone scored them low as well.

4. Location/Culture It's kinda unfair for some to compete against Sydney or other cities in Australia when your property is elsewhere. I mean if you're going to book that property, it is because you'll be going there and what better way to stay rather than in a cheap hotel/motel. That's how airbnb works if you need to go in (ex: Barossa) you'll find somewhere to stay there that fits your needs or style and what a hotel can't give you.

This show was a let down and I'm being generous giving it a six. Because the houses were really nice, Australia is amazing and the host and professional judge was sweet and that's it.

Filled with 80s
30 September 2018
Back in 1987, Gio met Francesca, a hot girl riding a cute VW Rabbit Convertible turned out to be Jessica from the other side of town whos family is rich and jewish.

This story contains of 80's youth culture, from classic vintage cars, streets filled with neon signs, street racing, 80s fashion and the musics and arts. It was refreshing to see it all again, this film by Robert Siegel is so aesthetically pleasing. The only issue is that the storyline seems kinda basic if the film was released in the 90s this would be a hit and might be one of the most popular love stories ever existed like the other classics where they started as a summer fling and then continuing it through...

Thumbs up to Emily Ratajkowski, she's getting better and better in acting. I mean yes she started acting when she was young (iCarly), but wow her roles are really believable and she's getting more roles in movies.

Now, I'm gonna share this with you! Try to watch this film. If you love the feeling of going back to the past with a cute love story on the side. It won't hurt if you try.

The Makeover (2013 TV Movie)

I like the thought of the film, I just hate the smart shaming and sexist remarks. Maybe it is true, people vote someone who's only likeable in action.

Also Hannah's friend Colleen is so annoying. She's no help or whatsoever. Ruined the film for me, i didn't like the part/scenes when she's in it. For Julia Stiles and David Walton, it was a good match.

This show is so unexpected. It was a fun experience on how a devil got tired in hell then chose to live in Los Angeles, CA. All the crime solving adventures with the detective and revelations about his family.

A scifi show I never thought I needed. So keep it coming.

Netflix did it again!
20 January 2018
It started strong, and it was fun. Another sorority film that I enjoyed (House Bunny and Sydney White will still be the best sorority movies). It's already 2018 and this movie shows how to appreciate cultural differences. I love how Jamilah said "Races can't own things". Some might hate this movie but I don't.

Exactly what I needed to watch

Warning: Spoilers
CHRIS EVANS AND ANNA FARIS was a weird match, but in this movie it really worked. AND THEY'RE JUST SO FUN & SWEET TO SEE

Favorite Part: Ending as usual, it was so cute no matter what her number would be. He knew she was the one.

I'm letting you know that this movie might be funny as hell when she was tracking all of her exes and turns out how losers they are, Chris Evans you know they never stand a second chance (what a lucky girl). BUT ITS FUNNY HOW HIS HUSBAND WAS IN IT! like dude Anna you're future was there...

(sadly 2017: Chris Pratt and Anna Farris broke up)

10/10 -- RECOMMENDED TO EVERYONE WHO IS A SUCKER FOR ROMANCE

let's get down with this
5 December 2017
Warning: Spoilers
Tried watching this on Netflix, it was fun, and you can really see how men are all worked up when women are powerful, successful, and when they know what they're doing.

I love how the film started but along the way in that part where they're building their relationship I got bored then the plot twist in this film shocked me. I'm kinda amazed on how the writer played the characters.

Hands down to Renee - her voice was so charming and sexy.

8.4/10 -- WILL RECOMMEND TO MY FEMINIST FRIENDS

Black Sheep
5 December 2017
Black Sheep the title of the song played by brie Larson is one of my favorite soundtrack in all the films that I've watched.

Scott Pilgrim will always be awesome. All the actors and actresses were good in their role. Most especially to Michael Cera, you made this film a success.

It has a video game vibe, so trendy and in! The whole story really worked out for me if you're not geeky enough you may not like this. BUT IM HOPING YOU DO

9.8/10 -- WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Have you find fluffy?
5 December 2017
THIS MOVIE WAS MY EVERYTHING!

From the story, the leading actor Michael Cera and Kat Dennings, soundtracks, and settings. This will always be my go-to movie whenever I'm feeling lonely and sad. It somehow help me feel happy watching Nick and Norah.

Made me wanna go to New York for just one night and look for fluffy.

Yes it's very emotional, try it and you'll feel things too...

10/10 -- DESERVES MORE RATINGS

Despite the title
5 December 2017
You must think this rom-com movie was a bad movie because of the title. We saw how bad Bad Teacher was as a movie and JT was starring in it makes you feel like this one is not good too.

That's where you're wrong. Friends with Benefits has cool soundtracks, I mean hello the mob was so brilliant to add in the film. New York and Closing Time, classic!!

The story?? Well it's not a life changing movie, but it really shows how a casual relationship can turn to something more. Also the chemistry between the two (Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis) was gooooood.

9.2/10 -- REALLY FUN AND WOULD RECOMMEND
