Begike (2021)
Frantic search and more
Very good Lithuanian movie about frantic search that lead character Maria is pursuing in regard to her missing boyfriend Vytas, who is in some kind of disoriented state due to his bipolar disorder. Moving camera follows her arond the city, emphasizing adrealine rush and highly emotional pursue. Maria is having brief encounters with many people: her or Vytas friends and relatives and they all contribute to make everything what's going on look like roller coaster ride.
Movie subtext is that things around her are also two-sided, like in her boyfriend's illness. Times are peacefull, but there is military activity all around (not specified about what), her relations with Vytas is not ideal (he hit her), some people that look like Russian tourists in sightseeing turns out to be Ukrainans (film is from 2001, some sort of anticipation).
In the end Maria shows unnatural strenght, in an effort to save Vytas from accident she's able to lift the car and later when she's visit him in hospital there is dog on the leash with her, we saw him few times during her search. She ties him to a tree, calm at first, last scene shows him in rage, trying to break free.
Maria in hospital see Vytas recovering, but what will come of it is uncertain, like everything around her can turn into something more sinister, of which rabid dog can be visual representation.

identical twins
At one point in the show police examined DNA from sisters and could tell
is it Gina's or Leni's. But: Identical twins (also called monozygotic twins) result from the fertilization of a single egg by a single sperm, with the fertilized egg then splitting into two. Identical twins share the same genomes. Therefore, you can't tell one from another based on DNA, you can say they're clones,
genetically identical.
However, if you had chance to know.identical twins in real life, you'll find it
hard to believe that they can fool their parents, relatives, lovers, husbands.
Sameness aside, they can not really be that same. So, DNA test will show
them identical, but there will be differences for those around them.
