The Beekeeper (2024)

Better than expected

Didn't watch any previews before seeing it. Just went to watch it since all jason Statham Statham movies are worth watching.

Is it worth watching? If you like john wicks and equalizer then you'll like this. It's a mix of it with a twist 3/4 thru the movie.

I took my dad for his bday since he likes these kinds of movies too. He enjoyed it as well.

Some of it is not believable but that's what makes it cool to watch to see how he handles the situations.

Similar fight scenes to the transporter and kill scenes like john wicks and a story similar for justice like the equalizer.

I will go watch it in Spanish in mexico since now I watched it in English. When I watch it in Spanish it's like a different movie.

I hope there's a part 2 and 3 and 4 like john wicks.

Barbarian (2022)

did this guy dig tunnels for el chapo? So bad and not believable

After reading these good reviews I asked myself did These people watch a different movie than this one? Lol

So many plot holes to where you just keep saying to yourself during the movie omg this is so dumb and not believable

The girl keeps wanting to go in and try to save a Guys life who could have been the killer himself

She decided to come back and stay there again after her job interview instead of finding another place to stay

They both have Airbnb reservations confirmed and the property manager tells the owner there's no one there

The tunnel build below the house was built almost as good as a drug tunnel for el Chapo. How the hell did one old guy build that tunnel through solid rock with no heavy equipment? Where did he dump all the dirt he removed? One man would take over 100 years to complete that

It started off good but as it went on you get let down. Might as well been a ghost or demon instead of an inbred daughter. That would have been more believable haha

Watch a bootleg online if you must still see this. Don't waste your money or time.

Anna (II) (2019)

entertaining and worth a watch if you like action

I was entertained and enjoyed watching this. i had low expectations because of the reviews i read on here of everyone hating. it isnt bad at all. starts off weird but its necessary for you to understand the movie. it all makes sense near the end. lots of twists and surprises. a clever movie. you'll end up loving the girl by the time you're done watching this. it reminded me of like a female version of john wick. go ahead and watch it. you will be entertained and enjoy it.

Triple Frontier (2019)

If you are someone who likes movies that have action and deal with narco stuff then you will like this movie. entertaining and made not want it to finish. wanted to see more of what could happen. so dont pay attention to the bad reviews. maybe they aint into this kind of stuff so like i mentioned, watch it if you like action movies and cartel/narco stuff

I didnt have high expectations going into this movie but it managed to exceed my my expectations. low budget but it looks realistic without all the fancy cgi or fake fight scenes in some of the higher budget films. the fight scenes are realistic for the story. the story is interesting especially if you know anything about executive protection. i found out its based on a real character who is a female in executive protection which made it even more interesting.

takes place in another country with corrupt police just like in every third world country. it was pretty suspenseful and made you want the female bodyguard to succeed. i enjoyed this and found it to be better than some of the big budget films. i thought it was better than the new terminator movie lol

Aladdin (2019)

Watch in 4dx if you can to ride the magic carpet as well

I had low expectations for this movie but was surprised and really enjoyed it. I watched in 4dx and it helped make the movie more enjoyable especially when they did the magic carpet ride. Brought back a lot of childhood memories and created new ones. It's a great date movie. Even made my eyes tear up. Don't listen to the haters who are writing bad reviews it's a fun movie that is funny and happy and exciting to watch. 10 stars

Sicario: Day of the Soldado (2018)

Better than the first one! More action in this!

It opened in Mexico a day before the us. Just came from seeing it in Tijuana Mexico. Felt weird seeing it while in Mexico. Hit even closer to home as far as the realism. Almost felt like it was a true story. The theater was even full for a Thursday evening. All the Mexicans in the theater enjoyed it and even laughed at a couple of the jokes in spanish. Seeing the birder walls and border patrol capturing border jumpers just like on the tv show border wars. If you liked the first one you'll like this one. It had plenty of action and suspense. Plus the movie takes a turn that you don't expect which was cool. I enjoyed this one much more than the first and wouldn't mind seeing it again. Definitely worth seeing!

The Hunter's Prayer (2017)

Lots of good action and decent story. Worth watching

I liked the movie. It was realistic action and the story was entertaining enough to not get bored during the movie. Even though it wasn't released in theaters it was done high quality compared to other Hollywood blockbusters. It was kind of reminded me of a mix between taken and the transporter. Don't know why others hated on it. It was a good movie. Better than a lot of the other action movies I've seen that are super cheesy. It was better than I expected

Hot Pursuit (2015)

I looked on here before watching the movie and saw that a lot of people were hating on this movie, but I decided to watch it anyway. I was entertained. It was funny and you grow to like both Reese and Sofia.

I didn't watch the trailer so I didn't know what to expect. I just saw that it was labeled as action and comedy and I saw Reese was one of the main stars so I figured it couldn't be as bad as everyone is making it out to be.

I'm not quite sure why people found the jokes offensive in here. People gotta lighten up. It's a comedy movie. Everyone that wrote that it was offensive is being a little too uptight. Just go in with an open mind and don't take things too seriously and you will have fun.

If you enjoy movies like Miss Congeniality, Legally Blonde, and Spy you will definitely add this to that list of titles in your brain that you enjoyed watching with someone.

If you are wondering if you should watch it or not, I say you should. It was funny and enjoyable. Would make a good date movie.
