But not this. The lead actors are great but it seems like every other background actor they hire makes me cringe. The plot is strange and a lot of the storyline make absolutely no sense. I'm on episode 5 after just starting it tonight and I just don't think I'm going to get into it. Which is rare because I legit binge watch all different kinds of shows this is just cringeworthy. I don't want to spoil anything so try it out for yourself and I guarantee you won't spend more than an hour watching this that is if you have any brain cells you won't. There is nothing that is going on that is keeping me watching it besides maybe I wonder what's going on with the whole father secret fbi thing. 🤔

Could have been a great series though. The ending was lack luster and it just needed more umpgh* at the end. It like climaxed on a cliff and just went splat. I don't know what more I wanted though. I guess a happy ending but instead we were left with that weird taste after you drink a diet soda. Overall great movie though and definitely worth watching.

Honestly, I loved it!!! I came on here to review it because it doesn't have the best ratings and I think it deserves some credit. It deserves to be seen. It is a good movie. The acting is great, there were a few jump scares, the effects were nice but there was definitely something missing with this movie. I can see where this might have fallen short for some people. This movie had so much potential and up until almost halfway I was thinking it was about to be one of the best movies of the year. Then it just fell flat. The major flaw in this movie was the editing. I guarantee half the movie ended up on the cutting room floor. I'm not sure if it was due to budget or what but they goofed there. Needed about 20 more minutes of mansion jump scares and like another 45 in the lab. This is my legacy, this is what my generation will leave behind, the first main stream zombie game that started it all. I remember that zombie scene in the mansion that gave me nightmares for weeks. Yet, i kept playing. Just like I kept watching. It needed more of something. The producers put so much effort into the first 45 minutes to create a back story just to jumble 120 something hours of game play into 45 minutes. If you are going to be like the game, then be like the game. I know what happened, therefore my mind played the rest of the movie in my head. The part of the movie that got cut. This movie is what should have came first, this movie is what Mila should have been in. Not to do any disservice the the lead actress, because she was a badass. Its just Mila is Mila, yanno. The other movies did this one dirty. This movie was so good but could have been so much better. I'm not sure what people wanted that haven't ever played the game, but I know I wanted more. I want an extended directors edition. If there is a sequel, of course I will watch it. Please, for the love of all things zombie, make it happen. Take the time and do it right. The whole final "boss" scene was the major let down of the movie. The lighter, the patronage to the dogs, the birds were all there....it was almost done right. You even had the piano puzzle from the game, gosh man, I'm sitting here hating on it but yet I loved it. I don't know what more to say besides I have a love hate feeling for this movie, but it should be seen. You should watch it.

Spoiler alert. It was like Gta punched The truman show and somehow this little creature was made. Hated the cheesy ending. Wish they woul have gotten hit by a taxi. Does that sound a bit violent? I dunno the visuals and special effects of this movie was INSANE. Why hasn't anyone done this sooner. Has a bit of everything except for zombies. It needed zombies. Ryan Reynolds was perfect for the lead. Really I give this 9.75. 0879.
