My So-Called Life (1994–1995)
10/10
Addictive
23 January 2004
My so-called life is one of the most realistic teenage oriented tv-show ever made. I read some of the comments up there and just had to react. Some people say that some lines from this old tv-show just can't have been thought by teenagers and are obviously from 40 years old writers, wrong. I'm Angela's age and can totally and really relate to her because most of the stuff she's going through, I am too, and most of us are. My so-called life really captured the teenage spirit and everything that a teen really has to go through.

I can understand that adults disliked this show because they can't relate and probably don't want their teenagers to think or be influenced by Angela's thoughts... Welcome to the real word parents!

Best French Movie ever
26 October 2003
With a joke per line, they succeeded in making a very funny movie and keep the essence of the comic books. The actors (Jamel Debouze in particular) are hilarious and play their charactors very well. Of course you need a very good level of french to understand all the jokes but they're worth the classes if you really want to have a good laugh!

Absolute tear jerker!
9 December 2002
Only very few eyes in the theater weren't wet from crying all through the movie. It's very touching and sad, and very good too. The actors are excellent and the settings are fantastic. The story in itself is very good, everyone should see it :D
