Season 1 > Season 2
13 March 2022
I was blown away by season 1, the acting, the effects, the storyline, literally everything had me engaged. I couldn't wait to start season 2 until I actually began and was super disappointed. It was nice to see some familiar faces but s2 doesn't compare to its predecessor at allll. I didn't care for the storyline and couldn't stay as focused as I could watching s1. If I rewatch this show in the future I'll only watch the 1st season because the way it ended would've been a suitable conclusion for the show as a whole. I would've given this 10 stars if s2's story was better.

Hmm...
22 February 2022
This documentary was more about Times Square and the sex work industry than the actual murders. I understand that it was important to include how things were back then but this should've been shorter if they had more filler info than things about the crimes. It would've been more suitable the doc was movie length instead of three separate episodes. But all in all I would recommend giving it a watch and hopefully it'll help identify the Jane Does so they can get the justice/recognition they deserve.

Very Moving and Heart Racing
25 November 2021
I'd seen people complaining about this movie being a flop but it's the polar opposite of that. I absolutely loveddd Last Night in Soho; Thomasin McKenzie did a phenomenal job and as usual Anya Taylor-Joy was hauntingly beautiful. I highly recommend giving this a watch (and rewatch lol) it's beyond good and shout out to whoever put the soundtrack together because they did a great job too.

Starts Great Then Gets Lukewarm
17 November 2021
I finally got around to watching the show from start to finish, I had seen an episode here and there as a kid and always wanted to see the whole series. I loved the first three seasons and first half of the fourth season is good, but after that boy did it turn into work to get through the rest. Idk what happened with this show and why it got worse over time. Even the ending was just disappointing and anticlimactic. There were things that were made part of the story in earlier seasons and then forgotten which I didn't get because they were actually cool. They leave a lot behind that made the show good.

Not Bad For A Sequel
17 October 2021
Cube 2 wasn't as good as it's predecessor but it sure was interesting. The CGI wasn't the best either but the plot line creativity makes up for it. I do wish the ending wasn't so bleak but I wasn't surprised by it.

Interesting but Needs More
17 October 2021
Triangle has me stumped..while it is a pretty good movie it lacks big time in answers. It left me with a "What was even the whole point?" feeling after watching. I was waiting for there to be some sort of backstory or explanation about the ship but there was nothing.

Good Until It Flops
15 October 2021
Warning: Spoilers
The plot was going very well until that unnecessary and random twist was revealed. It honestly just confused me because what about the added scene of the perpetrator before the women even arrived to the family home? Also, were the other victims even real? A lot just doesn't fit when you take everything into account. The rating I gave are for the visual effects and not the storyline...If it wasn't for the twist (which I get why it would make sense) this would've been a really good movie. I'm so disappointed.

An Unsettling Slow Burn
13 October 2021
I finally got around to watching this and it really had me wondering, I was totally blindsided by that ending. I feel I might be the only person that feels this way but I both disliked the conclusion and thought it was a good one lol. I'd recommend giving this a watch because as a whole it is a good movie but if you're someone that suffers from depression and/or su*cidal ideation this might not be the film for you.

An Average Slasher Film
11 October 2021
It's an alright movie. While it didn't blow my mind or anything it was an enjoyable watch. The acting was good and so were the effects.

Gnarly
10 October 2021
My hopes were in the right place before watching this because lately it's rare that a horror movie actually "gets" me. Each story had something that I thought was pretty cool but "The Subject" was by far the absolute best. I experienced a whole range of emotions during that segment and if there's another V/H/S film in future I hope they include a story from that same writer.

Surprisingly Not Bad
8 October 2021
After Jason Takes Manhattan and Jason Goes To Hell my expectations dropped tremendously, and while this story is way out there, I think they handled this one pretty good. I wasn't really a fan of Jason's new look and I don't really get how he could've come back or "regenerated" if he went to hell but those are my only complaints. I also really liked that ending, the way everything came full circle was a pretty suitable conclusion.

Slightly Better Than Jason Takes Manhattan
8 October 2021
I was expecting something totally different before I watched this and, thankfully because of how low my expectations dropped due to the previous film, I wasn't too disappointed. What happened to the original storyline? I miss the OG Jason that killed camp counselors, not this new version that would kill students on their way to/in Manhattan or would chase after his bloodline so he could be reborn. They totally messed up his whole origin/motive. Despite everything, it was an enjoyable watch though but when I rewatch the Friday the 13th movies I'll make sure to stop after the 7th film.

What A Mess
8 October 2021
I'm making my way through the Friday the 13th movies and so far I've really enjoyed them all..until I got to this one. For some reason I found it kind of boring..maybe it's cause the film doesn't take place on camp grounds, idk. Jason doesn't look like what he would since in the previous movie he was decomposing and you could see bone (so bada*s), plus the early kid version of him looked normal when we know he was always deformed looking. I could go on and on about problematic stuff I noticed in this one especially that ending and how he just appears in certain places lol. If you did enjoy this movie, good for you, I wish I could've because it isn't all bad but too much stuff bugged me with this one.

One Of My Favorites
4 October 2021
This is my first time rewatching Haunter since I saw it in my teens and it reminded me why I used to repeatedly watch it back in the day lol. This is such an interesting story and different form of horror. The acting is on point, especially the dude that plays the protagonist, he does a great job with unsettling the viewer in my opinion. I've seen several movies with similar time loops and this is and will forever remain one of my favorites. I highly recommend giving this a watch..or in cases such as mine, a rewatch ;)

Best One So Far
3 October 2021
I'm making my way through all of the Halloween movies in order just in time for Halloween Kills and H20 is by far the best one out of all the previous films. It's fast paced, has great kills and most importantly has Laurie Strode being a total bada*s. I wish the storylines weren't so messy with these movies but they get an A+ for their creativity. I'm looking forward to the next movies, hopefully they won't disappoint!

Flanagan Did It Again
26 September 2021
This was such an interesting and unique story and although I expected a slightly different ending, I still found the ending suitable. There were some dialogue scenes that seemed to last forever which kinda made me space out at times and I do wish to know what becomes of certain people in the end but other than that I have no complaints. I loved this whole religion/supernatural twist type of story, great job to everyone involved.

Definitely Worth The Wait
20 September 2021
I finally got a chance to watch this and it didn't disappoint. I was waiting for the iconic theme song to come on throughout the movie and almost lost hope it wouldn't be in it until the credits came on. Bringing back an iconic storyline can either be a hit or miss and while I don't think this was a 100% hit I don't think it was an entire miss either. I was left feeling like something was missing from this story but it was still an enjoyable watch. I liked the cop car scene in the end when you can see all their reflections in the windows as Candyman is walking around the vehicle. I recommend giving this a watch for those considering it.

The Ravages of Time
19 September 2021
This movie was insane, I kept going back in forth in my mind on whether or not it'd have a happy ending or if it'd be death for everyone. As a whole I genuinely enjoyed this film, I must admit I did cry a couple times lol. I guess my only wish would be seeing what happens after that ending and what becomes of the little kid from the resort.

Hmm...
13 September 2021
I watched this movie last night and am still unsure on how I feel about it. It was pretty slow until we get towards the end when the real action starts and that's when I really loved it. I can't say Malignant is bad but I can't say it's great either. The concept is interesting though.

Not What You'd Expect
13 September 2021
I honestly didn't expect this show to turn out the way it did and I'm glad about that. When you think of soulmates you'd think everything will be great forever and it'd be a whole happily ever after sort of situation. Some episodes were alright but the final two, "Break on Through" and "The (Power) Ballad of Caitlin Jones" are by far the best -especially the last one. I had my doubts with the show's concept in the beginning but then found my answers as I made my way through the episodes. I highly recommend giving this show a watch, it definitely has Black Mirror vibes but it's still it's own thing.

Conflicted Feelings
6 September 2021
Warning: Spoilers
The first two seasons are definitely the best followed by the fifth, then third. The fourth season is super boring, I almost quit watching but decided to give it a chance and see the show through until the end (I'm glad I did). I think the worst part of this series was the actors leaving because you grow to really like their characters. The fourth season felt off to me because there was basically no one left and it wasn't until the final season that I genuinely felt connected to the new cast. Plus the fifth season has some good episodes so there's that as well.

Not Bad
1 September 2021
As a whole this show is very good, I didn't like how at times certain scenes drawn out -I'm guessing for dramatic effect but besides that I have no complaints. I like the first two seasons best mainly because that's how the show originally started but the last two are equally as good.

Good Plot Til We Get To The End
25 August 2021
I loved everything about this movie especially the effects, but that outcome at the end..what a mess. I wish this was just a "normal" serial killer movie because the supernatural elements really weakened the plot line. This was on its way to being in my top favorites and I was so disappointed that it was a flop for the most part.

So Disappointed This Got Cancelled
24 August 2021
I like the whole idea behind this story and, although it wasn't perfect and needed some explanations, it was a pretty good show. It sucks that we get left with an ending like that because it felt like we were finally gonna get somewhere, almost all the cards were on the table. I hope it gets shopped to another network or something but I doubt it. This could've been such a great series had it not been cancelled.

Not Great..Not Super Terrible
21 August 2021
It was on and off with these episodes, some like the one Billie Lourd was in, were pretty good...But the first episodes and finale featuring Murder House were beyonddd terrible -especially the finale. At this point they've totally ruined it, if they were gonna feature pieces of AHS they could've added elements of other seasons other than just the first. The overuse of Murder House truly killed my appreciation for this show and admiration of the actual season in AHS. And I won't even get started on the acting of certain people *cough cough* celebs' children. I really hope this doesn't get renewed for another season if it's just gonna kill another part of the og show due to over usage and bad acting. I enjoyed all the other episodes though and it was nice to see some familiar faces.
