What a boring advertising, I'm afraid. Either one can show some magic, some seduction or romance, or even some artistic story to sell a fragrance brand,
almost anything works. But this one is strangely affect in showing us about the power of bravery or the importance on how being brave has that particular smell.
Everybody's walking around in a defying manner, all serious and showing off their imponence...all too empty by the way. And the main star of the ad appears to be someone else rather than himself. I'm not sure if it's makeup effect or the show everything is shot in a strange black-and-white but Alex Pettyfer resembled Scott Eastwood quite a lot - not a bad choice at all since they're both great looking and could play leading man in those commercials with no problem. An instrumental version of "Sail" works quite alright but the words said and the whole visual presentation tries too much and fails at everything. It does not appeal widely enough to generate curiosity for the brand as many other rival companies tend to present in more spectacular ads and shorts. 5/10.
