After nine episodes it seems to be finding it's stride. The first episode didn't do anyone any favours, if there's a longer first cut that isn't baffling it needs to escape.
It's both ridiculous and entertaining, if Robin Masters action novels were real, this TV show is a kind of meta analogue. But here the bad guys mostly get their just deserts and doing the right thing wins out. It's feel good TV with a bit of action and adventure. Don't think too hard (although the tech stuff is grounded in reality for once), procedurals are laughable. But I can't help but really like this show after a rocky start.
The cast does a great job despite the economy required in modern TV dialogue.
