Jasper is a young man with Down syndrome who is overjoyed when he gets a packer's job at the Tytgat Chocolat factory. There, he finds love with Tina, a mildly autistic girl from Kosovo.
Jasper pretends to go to work but instead takes the train and bus alone to see Tina at the asylum centre, where they marry symbolically through the fence.
Jasper and Co pretend to be scouts and it is not long before they get their first lift. The boys are not used to this kind of freedom and soon run into trouble.
Roman thinks there's nothing else for it but to contact the police, but Lode argues that they should keep on searching for Jasper and Spike. Meanwhile, the two packers are robbed by a couple of crooked Serbians and lose their passports.
A few kind-hearted Serbians smuggle Jasper and Spike into Kosovo. Spike gets taken to the hospital and Jasper gets questioned by the police in Pristina.
