Yet none of the money, which was laying out in the open no more than a few feet from the vault door, show no sign of having been exposed to such high heat. The money should have been burned up, or at the very least been greatly singed.

Run, Iris, Run...Away. Far, Far Away.
For a filler episode, it had potential to be a good one. Transferring Barry's powers to his wife is something that perhaps could have worked were Iris a better character. The actress that plays her is beautiful, but has the emotional depth of a tree stump. With every episode she just gets more annoying. She has zero actual skills that could help the team, no science background, no above-average intelligence, no medical knowledge. Other than bossing the team around, she has very little value. The script and storyline isn't the problem, it's the actress and lack of character development.
The supporting characters may have been even worse than Iris's whining. The second guy who got the fire powers...are you kidding me? "GIMME MY MONAAAAY!" Was he specifically told to act like a reject member of an amateur improv group? What was that even? The only saving grace to this episode was Matthew Kim, and I hope I get to see a whole lot more of him. I like filler episodes, and this could have been a cute one. Instead it highlighted just how weak a character Iris West is and always has been. It amazes me how little chemistry there is between the title characters and their spouses (Oliver and Felicity included). I love Team Flash, but please...run away, Iris.
