The “MADtv” revival is coming to The CW this month and will include a slew of original cast members. TVLine reports that Nicole Sullivan, who formed part of the series from 1995 to 2001 and Will Sasso, cast member from 1997 to 2002, will guest star on the series premiere July 26.
The site also confirms that Bobby Lee, who had a role on the variety series from 2001 to 2009, will appear in an upcoming episode. The new “MADtv” will feature appearances from two original cast members every episode, who will join the new cast: Carlie Craig, Chelsea Davison, Jeremy D. Howard, Amir K, Lyric Lewis, Piotr Michael, Michelle Ortiz and Adam Ray.

Back in January, The CW aired a “MADtv 20th Anniversary Reunion.” The one-hour retrospective featured classic clips from the show’s 14 seasons, interwoven with new comedy material that included 19 series alumni.
