This is not a bad episode, on first watching its rather interesting and keeps you glued to your seat wondering how they will get out of this problem, but apart from this no much happens.
I though the main problem they were facing could be solved by the use of two more raid parties, even if they were weak as long as they kept two bosses busy allowing for the elite raid party to take out the 3rd boss. But in this case Shiroe does not have two extra raid parties, so I understand the plan being adopted. He could always use this as a threat to get his way, if required. But this series is not about ruthless characters, instead its about a bunch of folks developing and becoming nicer and friends, so that plot threat will probably not be used.
The only real downside is there is a lack of plot development and apart from the action, not much else. As a result on a second viewing it gets a bit boring by the end. Ponce again this looks like it has been stretched out beyond what is optimal. Its sad to say, but watch it once and if you re-watch the series, you can skip most of this episode, the last 5 minutes is all you need.
