Storyline

- TriviaThe episode is an homage to the iconic John Hughes movie The Breakfast Club (1985). The premise of a group of kids enduring detention on a Saturday with an uncool teacher and interacting with the school's custodian closely mimics its inspiration. There are also many other allusions including the episode title, the opening sequence of the kids being dropped off by parents, and the parody of the Simple Minds song "Don't You (Forget About Me)".
- GoofsTina's bracelet jumps between her right and left wrists in different scenes.
- Quotes
Mr. Frond: The last team will be the Belcher kids. There are three of you, but I don't really see that as an advantage.
Tina Belcher: Don't underestimate us. Our family's motto is, "Maybe we'll get lucky this time."
Gene Belcher: I thought it was, "Stop touching that! You're getting it all greasy!"
