A woman is being held by a kidnapper of some kind. He has her on an IV which keeps her sedated. Every so often, he goes up to her and slaps her hard. We are given no explanation. When help arrives, the guy gets into a death battle with the guy. But the key to understanding this to some extent is what ultimately happens involving the girl. interesting, but needs at least summary details.
