At 19:53 into the film, Evan's right hand is down, then it is up in the next shot.
At around 14:00 into the film, the 3D printer shown in close-up was miscalibrated, spitting filament from at least 3mm higher than it should have. A properly calibrated 3D printer has about a paper's thickness gap between the hot end's nozzle and the print's top surface layer.
When Evan goes to dry the girls' clothes he puts them into, and eventually takes them out of, the washer and not the dryer. All front-loading washers in the U.S. (with the exception of Electrolux washers, which can open either way, but this one is not that type) open to the left. While dryer doors can be altered to open toward either direction, they do not have, nor need, the water retaining gasket that is seen as Evan takes the clothes out of it.
Through the pictures on the walls and the one scene in which she appears, it is shown that Evan's daughter Lisa is small and about 8 to 10 years old. However, when Bel appears in a "schoolgirl" outfit that obviously fits her well, Evan exclaims "That's my daughter's!"
When Evan picks up the iPad with his feet, the case goes flat because it is actually empty. Then, when he opens it, the iPad has been placed inside for use. Most likely, this was done to make it easier for Keanu Reeves, who played Evan, to hold it with his feet.
The girls cut Evan's hair with straight bangs but later, it is obvious that he has had a professional haircut (or is wearing a wig) with nicely done sides as well.
In the film's closing credits, when the list of music used in it is shown, the song by KISS is listed as "Detroit City Rock." Actually, it is titled "Detroit Rock City."
At 1:14:35 into the film, there is an obvious dubbed coughing fit to cover up Evan's yelled dialogue, which was cut during editing.
Just after Genesis gets up to go to the bathroom, Evan also gets up to shut off the record player. As he passes by Bel, a cameraman is visible in the reflection of the glass.
In the opening moments of the film, a cameraman wearing a Steadicam rig can be seen in one of the photographs when they pass by.
It made no sense for Evan to try to break the vase containing his gun since he was bound hand and foot and therefore could not possibly pick it up and use it.
At approximately 55:00 into the film, when Evan is bound hand and foot to the bed in a spread-eagle position, it would have been easy for him to extend his right arm, then bend his left arm, and he would have been able to untie the cloth on his left wrist with his teeth.
At 1:26:27 into the film, Evan's right hand is stuck under the plastic hose that is coming from behind his legs, which means that it would have been very easy to slip his hand under it, get some slack and free himself very quickly. Instead, he keeps his hand gently and firmly on his thigh.
