Hulu comedy head Billy Rosenberg is exiting the streamer after more than seven years. Rosenberg, who most recently served as senior VP of comedy for Hulu Originals, has not yet been replaced.
Rosenberg’s tenure at Hulu came with the elevation of the streamer’s comedy brand, as he developed hits including “Pen15,” “Ramy,” “Only Murders In The Building,” “Pam & Tommy,” “This Fool” and “Solar Opposites.”
He initially joined as director of comedy at Hulu Originals. Prior to being tapped by Hulu, Rosenberg ran The Lonely Island’s comedy Party Over Here, as head of development and production. Working closely with Andy Samberg, Akiva Schaffer and Jorma Taccone for two years, the television and film producer executive produced a number of pilot presentations under their Fox deal. He also produced the feature film “Brigsby Bear” with then-“Saturday Night Live” cast member Kyle Mooney, and collaborated with Joe Swanberg on his Netflix series “Easy.

I have enjoyed watching Charlie Day in movies like Horrible Bosses and its sequel, Fist Fight, Vacation, and others. I like his screen presence and find his comedic performances to be very amusing… and yet I still haven’t gotten around to watching a single episode of his sitcom It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, which is currently sixteen seasons deep. I’m going to check that show out one of these days. In the meantime, Deadline reports that Day is set to star in a murder mystery called Kill Me, and he’s being joined in the cast by Allison Williams of Get Out, M3GAN, and Girls.
Written and directed by Peter Warren (The Auteur), Kill Me will see Day taking on the role of Jimmy, who wakes up in a bathtub after having tried to kill himself. Or, at least, that’s what it looks like to his friends and family.

Christina Hendricks‘s latest social media photos show her stunning weight loss – and are leading her fans to speculate that she is using the popular weight-loss drug Ozempic.
The actress, known for her curves, recently posted a series of photos showing off her slim figure in a tight black dress with a plunging neckline that featured her cleavage. She accessorized with long dangly gold earrings and a black clutch. Her makeup was in a classic style with winged eyeliner and some pink blush. Her outfit was complete by her striking red hair being pulled out of her face in a low bun.
The post was captioned, “Dinner with friends.”
Some fans were impressed, while others said, “Dang that’s some weight loss,” and “You’re losing too much weight ”
Not all the comments were negative and an overwhelming number of people thought the actress looked incredible.

Charlie Day is one of the lead actors in FX’s acclaimed series, It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia. Day portrays a dim-witted yet loveable bar owner in the famed show that has run for 16 consecutive seasons. The show quickly put Day on the map as one of Hollywood’s most eccentric comedy actors. As well as starring on the show, Day has also written over 160 episodes since the show’s inception. Away from television, Day has boosted his profile by starring in a number of movies like Fist Fight, Pacific Rim, and Horrible Bosses. Additionally, he has taken his writing to...

Charlie Day’s feature directorial debut hits theaters Friday when Roadside releases Fool’s Paradise, a satire in which he plays a man who is unable to speak but becomes an accidental Hollywood star. Day, who voices Luigi in the smash hit The Super Mario Bros. Movie, is no stranger to leading his own projects.
Back when he was stuck in the audition trenches, Day met fellow aspiring actors Rob McElhenney and Glenn Howerton, and the trio realized they shared not only comedic sensibilities but also frustrations about landing roles. They started making short films at home, and these would ultimately evolve into It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, which premiered on FX in August 2005 with all three as executive producers. (It moved to Fxx in 2013.)

Charlie Day is a talented guy. The man has brought the humor for years thanks to It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. And yes, Mr. Day shined in many a feature film including Fist Fight, Hotel Artemis, and the Lego Movie franchise. The actor is back, and this time he’s the writer, director, and producer of his latest, Fool’s Paradise. Taking on the insanity of Hollywood, Fool’s also features a terrific collection of talent that includes Kate Beckinsale, Ken Jeong, Jason Sudeikis, Adrien Brody, Ray Liotta, and even a few of his Sunny cast members. It’s a satire with sweetness, and it’s incredibly charming.
Recently, we spoke with Kate Beckinsale and Ken Jeong about their latest, and I even got a laugh or two out of them. The two opened up about taking on the craziness of a crazy town. They even talked about whether or...

The gang of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia have recently spread their creative wings fairly recently despite now having the longest-running live-action comedy series on television. Each cast member has pulled double duty on the FX show and other projects to varying degrees. Now Charlie Day will be making his feature directorial debut with Fool’s Paradise, which has also been written by him and is starring him in dual roles. The trailer for Fool’s Paradise just dropped and invites you to partake in the madness that is show business.
The official synopsis reads,
A satirical comedy about a down on his luck publicist, who gets his lucky break when he discovers a man recently released from a mental health facility looks just like a method actor who refuses to leave his trailer. Nearly 30 years after its cinematic debut, I assure you, the Quick Stop is open once again thanks to "Clerks III." After trying to manifest this project in a number of different ways since the release of the second film in 2006, fan-favorite filmmaker Kevin Smith is finally presenting the third chapter in Dante Hicks and Randal Graves' story in a theater near you. And interestingly enough, this movie brings the New Jersey native all the way back to his first chapter as the characters that kickstarted his career back in the early '90s are now making their own movie about working in a convenience store.

Ken Mok‘s Godfrey has added Iliza Shlesinger, to the cast. She will star alongside Cleopatra Coleman and Nick Thune in the indie romantic comedy. The film is currently in production in Vancouver, Canada.
Written and directed by Mok, the film follows the titular character (Thune) who is dealing with his dark past in a profound way: he’s decided to be anyone but himself. Coleman plays Sara, a smart insightful writer who tries to unravel the mystery of Godfrey while uncovering her own true identity. Shlesinger will play the role of Kelly, Sara’s fast-talking, deal slinging literary agent.
“We have such a great cast for this film,” says Mok. “Cleo and Nick are not only gifted comedically – they are incredibly talented musicians as well. And this film features all of their skills. Now to have Iliza join this cast with her comedic energy and attitude – it’s really a dream come true.

True to its word, “Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark” delivers an entrancing thriller that explores the power of narratives with a few screams to boot.
It’s welcoming enough for teens and perhaps just creepy enough for the average grown-up horror movie fan, since producer and co-writer Guillermo del Toro is one of the filmmakers bringing the monsters from Alvin Schwartz’s original novels to the big screen.
Like a late-’60s send-up of “Stranger Things” (itself a reference to other horror-movie inspirations from the ’80s), “Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark” follows a close group of friends, all outsiders, as their paths cross with a nefarious, supernatural presence. The...

Surprise surprise, this one looks just as bad. Father of the Year is about two fathers who get into an epic fight of sorts after their college graduate sons challenge them to a showdown. David Spade and Nat Faxon star as the dads, Joey Bragg and Matt Shively star as their kids, and the also includes Bridgit Mendler, Bill Kottkamp, Dean Winters, and Kevin Nealon. This really looks terrible. If you want to watch a better fight movie, Fist Fight is a good choice. And if you want to watch a much better film about a father, Bobcat Goldthwait's World's Greatest Dad is an underrated gem. Just skip this and move on.
