This was one of the best episodes the show has done. You can't go wrong with a guest appearance from the legendary Wendie Malick, and she delivered as an old school Southern mother figure. Most of the ghosts are annoying, but she managed to play well off Nell.
We also had the lead realize her own faults and have a good interaction with the guy everyone else at the office seemed to like. I think Brad Garrett's Duncan could be a good addition to the cast, but they seemed to benefit without him being part of the episode tonight. Now if we could just get rid of the Edward character things would be great.
