This episode was as frustrating to watch as I have ever seen.
Every decision that the main characters make in this episode made matters worse to the point that even in the made up cuckoo world where a dog saves the day every week, Charlie would have been brought up on charges and fired.
Also the fact everyone was happy with the outcomes at the end of the episode was insane. Not one part of this was well done. They also had to resort to some slow motion segments to make it fill the 40 minutes.
In my opinion this episode was written by a child who couldn't see a half decent way of having the same outcomes without all of the inane decisions that led to it.
