To this point I have found Not Dead Yet to be a fun and charming show and one of the better single camera comedies on broadcast TV. A low bar, but it cleared it.
But this episode was quite underwhelming. They did not succeed in having many funny moments, or even setting up a long term story of the lead character coming face to face with her ex's new partner in a future episode.
They did trick me with the reveal that her perfect partner was actually a ghost though. I should have seen it coming, but for some reason I did not. Regardless, one fun surprise is not enough to really win me over at a dull show tonight.
