- A man tries to rape a woman. He kisses down her throat and touches her.

- A man is stabbed in the chest twice, a lot of blood is seen pouring down his chest. Later when responsive his face is slammed against a shower window and kicked. ALOT of blood is seen splattered after.
- A man punches a woman repeatedly and blood pours down her nose. Later on she stabs him.
- In a videotape, it is strongly implied that during a ritual a woman is stabbed repeatedly in the head.
- A man is stabbed in the neck. Blood pours out of the wound
- A man breaks through a door and his finger is shot off, it falls to the floor and blood sprays all over the wall behind him and he screams in pain. A glimpse of his dismembered finger is seen.
- A man shoots 3 men in the head and blood sprays uncontrollably from there head and it is shown sprayed all over the wall. After 4 men beat him and it's implied he's dead.
- A woman repeatedly hits a man in the head with her heal causing a very large hole with blood pouring out and spraying. Brain matter is shown all over the heal with blood. A lot of squishing and VERY disturbing.
- A woman runs and she steps on a long piece of what seems to be metal. She painfully tries to pull it out and blood trickles all over her foot. She rips it out and screams in pain. A large gaping wound is shown.
- A woman sees pictures of murdered women. One is seen with part of her face with a large wound and covered in blood. The other is splattered in blood and the other stabbed to death. It is strongly implied something similar will happen to her.

- The cultists are very disturbing and their behavior is creepy. They stop at nothing to get what they want.
- The whole "isolated" motel setting is creepy and loud bangs, screams and noises can scare many.
