As the creator and star of one of the most popular and widely quoted comedy sketch shows of all time, Keegan-Michael Key is a brilliant actor, writer, and producer known for his outlandish characters.
However, his comedic chops run the gamut as he has had numerous supporting roles in genres from family to raunchy. Beyond television, he has graced his fair share of movies, and his presence, no matter how brief, always stands out as the scene-stealer that he is.
Having been in the entertainment industry for almost twenty-five years, Key has amassed twenty-three award nominations, including three wins with a Peabody, an American Comedy Award, and an Emmy for Outstanding Variety Sketch Series.

We’ve all met Tracy Flick — the eager-beaver student that charms the right teachers, wins all the awards and corners the big scholarships. Alexander Payne’s witty, perceptive look at High School shows the predicament of a model teacher who can’t help but sabotage a pupil’s run for class president. Reese Witherspoon’s wholly original characterization scores big, and Matthew Broderick plays what is probably his best screen role.

Jared Anderson was a decorated high school English teacher at Judson High School, near San Antonio, Texas. In the 2015-2016 school year, he was even named “Teacher of the Year.”
But school officials found themselves working to recall yearbooks that noted such a honor after Anderson, 29, was arrested in March 2016 and accused of hosting sex parties for teenage boys.
He was indicted on multiple counts of sexual performance by a child and pleaded guilty last month to four counts of sexual performance by a child and two count of indecency with a child.
He was reportedly placed on leave following his indictment and later fired.

Judging from his lovingly written obituary published by NBC Connecticut, Brian the dog was extraordinary in his own ordinary rescue dog kind of way. His owner, Lee Dibella of Watertown, Connecticut, is pretty special too.
“A lover of couches and blankets, Brian had many hobbies,” Dibella wrote. “Some of Brian’s favorite activities included barking at things not there, cuddling alongside you, taking over his mother’s bed, licking his butt, acting like a spazz when it was time to be fed, and trying to figure out who exactly was ‘the good boy.'”

'Teacher of the Year' movie with Keegan-Michael Key. 'Teacher of the Year' movie: Smart and funny socially conscious comedy Teacher of the Year manages to pull off one of the more difficult balancing acts in filmmaking: it actually is smart while still being funny. Teacher of the Year is smart about education, both as a vocation and as an industry; and it's both character and dialogue funny, leaning heavily on the free-agent talents of Keegan-Michael Key, half of the comedy duo, Key and Peele. Of late, Key has been a valuable asset in a number of comedies looking for a boost, including a stand-out performance in Pitch Perfect 2, currently in theaters. In Teacher of the Year, his name is Principal Douche – though he insists on the french pronunciation. You can imagine the jokes. Matt Letscher as 'Teacher of the Year' Also funny is lead Matt Letscher (Her) as Mitch,...

Parents of preschoolers at Wilkinson Early Childhood Center in St. Louis, Missouri, only have nice things to say about Kelly Hahn - so why was she fired? It starts with a dirty diaper. When Hahn discovered a 3-year-old boy was sent to school with a pull-up diaper - in violation of the school's rules - she immediately called his parents, Fox 2 reports. The problem? His diaper was soiled and she left it on the child instead of removing it. After witnessing this, another staff member contacted the Missouri Department of Family Services and Hahn was terminated for child neglect and endangerment.

The former actor and producer will serve as the organization’s director of development and chief fundraiser. Strengthening that part of the non-profit has been a priority for Cyd Wilson, its recently installed executive director. “This organization has never aggressively done any major fundraising and has relied almost solely on individual donations and grants. I’m out to change that,” she told Backstage late last year. Strouse comes to the SAG Foundation from St. Jude Children’s Hospital where she headed up strategic and corporate partnerships, cultivated celebrity and donor relations and produced major fundraising events. Prior to her tenure at St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Strouse worked as the director of advertising and sponsorship at the Writers Guild of America West. Strouse’s acting credits include roles on “General Hospital” and “Two Guys and a Girl.” She also helped produce the PBS series The Write Environment, Piranhas and the Audience.
