Hatamikia is without a doubt one of the most brilliant Iranian directors and in "Gozaresh-e yek jashn" (A Report of a Celebration) once again he is analyzing social problems of a great country. I think "Gozaresh-e yek jashn" is the best movie about marriage ever produced because not only it is speaking about the problems of a marriage but it is also offering useful solutions. Hatamikia is telling the singles about the realities and also the goals of a marriage and this what most singles don't know. However, marriage is not the main subject of the movie. The director wants to say a more important thing. He is about to notify that different organizations have different responsibilities and particularly he is speaking about the police department and that it does not have the right to have a hand in everything which is going on in a country.
Hatamikia has been successful in saying all those things because he has brilliantly written a script which has a good story; a story that has a beginning, a middle, and an end.
