When gibberish starts making sense!
nyke-sudeep12 May 2014
A piece of poetry that cons you into experiencing ground reality! Now is that a spoiler? I'm not sure! From it's very first frame, Six Strands demands your attention and charms you into the world of this mysterious lady, who produces the most expensive tea in the world. Set in the quiet hills of Darjeeling, the voice-over whispers some of the well kept secrets of the mountains. Some secrets that were meant to be told, while some that were not. It's been over 3 years since I last saw the film. But believe me, it's still as fresh as freshly plucked tea leaves from the sloping gardens of Darjeeling. Six strands is a film that transcends the so called classification between a short and a feature length film. Because as far as the duration of this film is concerned, it starts soon after it ends.
