After Abraham Lincoln is assassinated, Mary Todd Lincoln is whisked to an anteroom, and while there learns that her husband will not survive. Her grief and pain lead quickly to anger and rage - a messenger arrives to inform the group about the pursuit of the killer, and Mary's rage begins to consume her.
